We intend to update and improve our toilet and shower facilities over the winter. Unfortunately we had to wait until June 2023 for planning permission to be granted and it was then too late to start building new facilities
Regarding our prices;
We offer hot showers, sinks with mirrors, washing up facilities, a communal freezer, mobile phone, power pack and laptop charging and the latest 5G wifi system. We do not charge for dogs, yet have a dog walk area and we clean the entire site three times every day, including the rubbish left behind on the grass, including dog poo
If you add the cost of the ever disappearing toilet rolls, the liquid soap and sanitary facilities for our female clients to our gas and electricity, water and waste collection bills, I would argue that £12 per night, per person is cheap. If you can inform us of somewhere cheaper in Widemouth Bay without having to pay for the extras we give you, please inform us.

Also had free WiFi, pubs very close by. Main town of Bude is a 10 min drive away.

Niepolubione: Campsite was like a site for travellers. Unmanaged and noisy, expensive for what it was with tents and motor homes mixed together way too close for safety and fire regs. We booked for theee nights and we’re made to pay up front in advance for all nights but the first night was filled with drunken partying and loud music that in the morning we left. I was happy to forfeit the money I’d paid rather than stay another night in this site. Definitely would not recommend for families.

Thankyou for your review. Our first and only 2 of the season so far and at odds with the other 99 per cent. Not sure what the problem with having Motorhomes and Tents together as we are a very informal site which most people love and always tell clients to leave a 6m gap between pitches.. As for badly managed and noisy please read other reviews which paint a very different picture. Did you complain about your noisy neighbours to the manager ? She would of either moved them off site or given you another pitch but unfortunately we cannot do anything if we are not told. As for expensive, we are just across the road from the beach which charges £8 for 4 hrs car parking which makes what you paid very reasonable to me due to the fact you can walk there. I am sorry we will not be seeing you again and hope you find another more suitable campsite.
