One night for me this time and the weather forecast wasn't great so I didn't book a fire pit. Still had a lovely chilled evening watching the kites catching thermals, looking for scraps to eat. Very unfortunately we were let down by one of our suppliers this weekend who did not empty our toilets as scheduled, we have made a formal complaint and will be pursuing this to find out why they did not provide us with our usual service. We did organise another company to empty the toilets as an urgent matter which happened on Sunday morning. But we appreciate this may have been after you left. This is not our usual standard, and we are deeply frustrated by the matter. Though we are glad that the matter was dealt with very swiftly.
But we are very satisfied you found the facilities to be well cleaned and well stocked, as we did clean the toilets 2-3 times a day over this busy weekend.
