Very nice and clean facilities. Serviced pitch very good and reasonably level. Lovely dog field where they can run to their hearts content. Alpacas were very interesting. Some lovely nearby walks and plenty of shops within a short drive. Be aware jets do fly over low but this was a bonus for me as a keen photographer.

Only 2 toilets/showers and while they were immaculate there sometimes could be a short wait.

Fantastic small friendly site with Alpacas the main attraction for me. Only a 15-20 min walk into East Leake which has shops, pubs and restaurants plus a really good bus service to Loughborough and Nottingham so no need for a car.
Check in was easy owner friendly.
2 toilet/showers always clean and tidy with pot wash and washing machines. Under the flight path for East Midlands airport which I thought was great to watch and not that intrusive - overall all good and cannot wait to return.

Friendly welcome. Great little site with a nice modern shower / toilet block. Stayed here for a visit to Donington Park Circuit which is only 25 minutes away.

The site has ten pitches for caravans or motorhomes. Eight are hard standing - slate - and fully serviced. They are large enough for unit plus awning and car. The site is well kept and maintained.

The roadway on the site and access to the pitches is rather potholed and requires careful negotiation. There are only two bathrooms for the site; which are pleasant enough once you have discovered how to gain access to them. The elsan and rubbish collection points are near the reception area and away from the pitches. The site is situated under the flight path of the East Midlands Airport. You are not allowed to have visitors to the site which was not made clear on booking; we were hoping to invite family who live nearby. The information sheet given to us at the site was not accurate.

The cabin was clean and finished to a very high spec. The site was spacious clean and well maintained. And the lady we dealt with was very helpful

Unfortunately because of a family issue I was not able to go. I lost my deposit as I hadn’t given them enough notice, even though I wasn’t given any. I hope to rebook for the summer

We was greeted by a very friendly lady that informed us where our pitch was and where the facilities were located. It was beautifully and secluded and so nice to be on a small adult site.
The two bathrooms were nice and always kept clean plus there was a washer and dryer available with an honesty box. The horses and alpacas were beautiful and very friendly. There is a lovely large area for dogs to run around but the water for them was stagnant. The site did have excellent wifi connectivity.

There was only two bathrooms which included showers, it would be better if two more was available as at times there was several people waiting which was not ideal. Whilst someone from the site drove around at times no one came to actually check if everything was ok, this has never happened before when we have stayed in small sites. I was expecting that with the site being an alpaca farm that we could of been introduced to them, to be able to interact with them and possibly walk with them but you could only stand next to their fence. It was very windy when we stayed and with being at the top of the somewhat small hill it was open on one side which would seriously benefit from a wall being built as our caravan rocked lots, at one point we thought we was going to tip over, on one night had a tent been on the pitch next to us it would of blown away as the night before a tents pegs kept coming out of the ground.

A fully serviced pitch is so much better than having to break out the aquaroll and wastemaster. You're treated to some beautiful sunsets. The facilities block is small but very well equipped with 2 unisex bathrooms containing a shower toilet and basin and a pot washing sink and a washing machine and tumble dryer. It's finished to a high standard in a log cabin style and immaculate. The alpacas are very cute. The 4g signal is good as is the site's own wifi, and you can get a tv signal. East Leake village is easily walkable and has all you might need in the way of shops, restaurants, pubs and takeaways.

Not personally keen on the blue slate pathway to the facilities block as it's a bit rough to walk on in sandles. The site is on the final approach to East Midlands airport so you will have planes coming over which didn't bother us. I wore earplugs at night and wasn't disturbed.
