Niepolubione: The staff were very rude. We were sitting up on our first night and were abruptly told to be quiet and go to bed. They told us they wanted absolute silence. You were not even allowed to talk to each other in your tent. We were then accused of smoking cannabis. It was quite evident which tent was smoking cannabis but that tent was never approached. The second night a lot of tents were having fires so we had one. Nothing was said. On the third night we thought it was OK to have a fire as nothing was said on the previous night. At 9.30 they came round all guns blazing and told us to put our fire out. The place is so confusing and inconsistent. When we complained we got a 5 page response that was pure sarcasm. They are clearly out to take customers money and give the hell. I won’t be returning.

Niepolubione: The toilet facilities were a bit of a let down this time having to keep entering a code and unfortunately the toilets were never clean (I don’t even think this was the staff’s fault) the toilets were not easy to flush. Would definitely be an idea to have separate toilets and shower area and maybe a further area as people were using the facilities to brush teeth, do hair and makeup and had to wait to wash hands.

It was nice to see you enjoyed your surroundings and the lovely walks into Bewdley and Stourport.
Unhappily, the locks on the washrooms became a necessity due to vandalism. Sadly a sign of the times, but on a positive we have taken onboard feedback and will be lowering the locks over the winter to make access easier. The cleanliness was due to volume of users, the washrooms are cleaned a minimum of 9 times a day, but of course there can be "poor times" in between. There are plans a foot to replace the whole washroom block on Riverside, so watch this space.

Our first trip we were on the riverside pitches but when we came this time we had a serviced pitch up near reception. Really good size pitches and the toilets were really modern and spacious.
The thing I love about this site is despite there being lots of groups of people there is no noise in the evenings and it has a lovely laid back kind of feel to it.
Great location for stourport / Bewdley and Kidderminster so lots of amenities close by too.
Niepolubione: The only downside to the site is the electric. Despite only having lights on it our caravan the power trips frequently even with the caravan set to low voltage. WiFi is also poor and even connected it was hard to get online of phones / tablets

Some parts of the site can be quite crowded with pitches quite close together so we avoid electric pitches now and camp non electric riverside, there is much more space here.
The site is well maintained and toilet blocks are regularly cleaned, toilet blocks would benefit from electrical sockets to allow those pitched on non electric access to hair straightners etc. The site is great for fishing and only a short walk into Stourport.
There are no shops or entertainment on site, this would be a welcomed add on as local shops are quite a walk away.
We always enjoy camping at LIckhill Manor but did find it quite a bit more pricey this year but will no doubt return again next year.

The non electric Riverside is an open form field where you can almost pitch anywhere, and you are right, the electric pitches are more uniform, even so they are still 10m x 10m in size but some people like to cuddle up 😉.
There are plans afoot for a new washroom block but we take onboard your comments about electric point. May be something we could look at adding sooner.
Our entertainment is Stourport, it helps keep the park a quiet haven.
