Niepolubione: In spite of many empty pitches, we were placed very close to another campervan, next to the road and reception. I appreciate we were there for one night only but this was a little disappointing given how much space there was available.

We were anxious and nervous. She put us at ease. Walked us to our tent pitch. Talked us through ways to set up. Lent us a power cable as ours did not reach. Can’t fault the staff at all. Shower blocks were clean and tidy they were always cleaning. I worried at first as there was only 4 showers but never struggled to use any of them. Perfect for families with the park on site and close to lots of local attractions. My son loved walking down the pond and looking at the swans.

Niepolubione: It was very busy weekend being a bank holiday. But appeared the cleaning was not increased in the Riverside toilets in line with the extra capacity. Usually the toilets and showers are amazing clean. Would normally give 5 stars. I assume just a one off.

Being a bank holiday the facilities did get a bit busy at times. The washrooms were cleaned a minimum of 9 times a day over the weekend but there is always that busier time.

Regarding the play area, we appreciate your input and will consider your suggestions as we continue to improve what we offer. We note you were pitched on Riverside which has a play area aimed at younger children and is smaller . On our touring area there is a much larger play area and a netted football pitch. May be next time your children could enjoy the use of those. Regarding your issues with the electric, it was good to hear from the wardens that you raised the issue with them, not everyone does, but it would appear the source of the problem was the heater that was part of your set up. I believe once that issue was resolved you had no further problems.
