Friendly welcome and offered several pitches to choose from - all looked level and grass neatly cut. Huge field so ideal for our grandchildren to play with a frisbee and bat/ball games without being a nuisance to others. Toilets, washing up area and showers were always spotlessly clean, with a good supply of soap and paper towels.
Good location and peaceful site.

The sinks and toilets were situated in a static caravan which was not a problem. However, there was no hot water from the taps so in order to wash up, a kettle was supplied to boil water (maybe not the safest option). The showers were situated in individual raised portacabins. There were numerous pegs for hanging clothes which was much appreciated but no stool which would have been useful whilst getting dried. The shower cubicles had no shelving for shower gel etc. Also, because of the powerful spray and non adjustable height /angle of the shower heads, it was impossible to keep out of the water whilst it reached the correct temperature, resulting in a cold wake-up shower first! Facilities just need a few tweaks to make this site perfect.

The site was very clean and the staff were helpful. The site was quiet and the pitches were large. The play area is right in the middle of the touring field so children can be seen playing

Great open field, flat pitches.

Needs a proper shower block.

The park for the children was brilliant so they could have freedom to play. the toilet block is great with a larger toilet at the end so i could take my toddler in with me.

Would of loved to see someone working for the park during our stay but we did get to the site for 6pm.

Nice open field with lots of space and good cleaning / toilet facilities.

Pop up kitchen available during busier periods.

How remote the field/ touring site was. Our kids were able to play on park by themselves and make friends, clean amenities.

Could just have a couple more signs on the caravan they use for toilets as we had to ask and also signs where the waste disposal was

This is our second trip here this year. Massive improvement in terms of cleanliness, cottage build progress, new road surfaces being installed and clearer signage for the park and facilities.
We have a tourer and stayed in the top far corner which gets sun until the death. Electric available in different places and plenty of space.

Dont let Sat Nav take you down the Narrow Lane (TK).. we made it.. but very slowly..

The field is very spacious, you are not pitched on top of your neighbours. Loads of room for ball games. There is a very relaxed feel to the site.
Toilets and showers are ok, but they are building a new block for next year so that will be good.

Remember to take a toilet roll to the toilet block, there was no loo roll! But they were nice and clean.
