A very big site; majority of spaces full (motorhome/caravan wise).

Staff are friendly, pool is an added bonus, however you have to pay for it and it’s not heated. Also the lack of steps in the outdoor pool is a negative especially with young children.

Parks are a little run down, but a park is a park, kids loved it.
There’s also a soft play (added bonus) which is free, however, it could do with a deep clean, lots of rubbish found down the sides and a lot of built up dust. Perhaps a deep clean once a week ( if not twice especially in high season). Toilets are outdated in ladies block to front of field A, but clean and practical!!

We would be back that’s for sure!!

Staff are friendly and food is very good.

It’s not a dislike, it’s just something to note, it’s very hilly and the pitches are not even, so definitely bring your levelling blocks.

The waiting for your pitch could definitely be improved, wasn’t really sure where we had to wait, what we had to do, or who we were waiting for. I think most people are able to find a field name, and a pitch number once ordinarily. Also felt that they could definitely upgrade to either electric vehicles or buggies if they’re going to constantly drive around showing people to a pitch number.

Wi-Fi is also very slow, was quicker using a hot spot, however, it’s free so it’s handy for people who don’t have hot spot etc.

Loved our stay at the campsite and all the reviews were exactly what it had said. Brilliant and clean.

A lot of noise the first night and they pitched up us on a slope which was awful. The reception dealt with it and moved us to a caravan from a tent with a bit extra added on and we did that and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves .

Overall the campsite was lovely and clean. The staff are very friendly.
It is only a 20 minute walk to Charmouth but you can get buses to Charmouth, Lyme Regis and Weymouth which are just after the hour every hour (from just outside the campsite).

The only dislike was that the drinks in the bar were just a bit too expensive, which meant we only drank in there once or twice.

Staff were really lovely food in restaurant was very good, couldn’t fault the place, staff were exceptionally lovely

The grass pitch getting off the site after rain was awful and very stressful and the toilet blocks were always poor but not the sites fault it was definitely the people who stayed there (was immaculate when staff cleaned it )

Good facilities - soft play, play ground, restaurant, showers, toilets, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and set in beautiful setting with lots of grass and trees. Great location to get to local beaches.

Toilets could have been kept cleaner. Often was no toilet roll or dirty toilets and toilet roll all over the floor - our visit was on bank holiday weekend so may have been particularly busy.

Good position, how but very dated in very way showers toilet no water on hard stand not even level just not valve for the price change plus traffic noise all day & Night!!
