Excellent location, 15 minutes walk from the beach in Charmouth. Shop, restaurant and two swimming pools on site. Great playground for kids. Fish and chips bar in Charmouth. Short drive to Lyme Regis to spend a day walking around the town and on the beach looking for fossils. Helpfull and friendly staff. Good toilet and shower facilities. Great Wi-Fi.

Tent pitches could be a bigger. Toilet block could be cleaned more often. On the last day the ladies toilets were unusable, they were all blocked with toilet paper. We didn't like the noise from the road. I wish there was a freezer to freeze ice packs instead of renting them from the shop.

Really clean place, toilets and shower is clean and all works as it should.
Lots of space for children to play. Good swimming pools. Nice views from caravan and ease access all around. Quite in evenings

One thing let us down is bad WiFi in caravan it may just in exactly us spot because all around it was good

Well equipped site with spar and games room very convenient, friendly staff and good atmosphere, play park is great for children up to 8-10 year olds and younger, Beach is great if you are looking for sea glass.

The holiday stay was amazing, clean everywhere, quiet, no any parties, very delicious food at the caffe, professional staff everywhere and amazing pool with jacuzzi 😍

Absolutely love this site! So clean and peaceful, everybody stuck to the 10pm curfew, outdoor & indoor pool are great make sure you book as it gets quite busy especially afternoons. Nice warm showers, good WiFi at pitch, great shop and bar, live singers a few nights a week which were great fun, bus stop right outside to take you to Lyme Regis or Weymouth, will definitely be back!

More time in pool would be great but I totally understand during peak season everyone should get a turn so not really a negative!

We have just returned from a weeks stay at the beautiful Newlands Holiday park.
The campsite amenities are first class.

The opening hours of the games room were rather limited.
In addition, the games machines ran out of money at times meaning that they could not pay out winnings.

We loved Newlands camp site! The site was clean and well maintained and it had everything we needed as a family with children. We liked the site rules of quieter times in the evening and loved that everyone respected this. Its location was perfect for a day out at the beach and a little travel to West Bay for a day trip. We will definitely book to come again!

Our pitch was on quite a slope, it made food prep tricky and sleeping on airbeds was interesting!! It did not dampen our stay though and we will 100% be back!

Play park and swimming pool

Toilets were left u cleaned for 24 hours- same toilets blocked for over a day (5 of them in the ladies)

The facilities were really good for a young family, felt very safe and secure, the toilets and showers were clean and not too busy, and I felt as a mum on her own with two young children, that I could relax. My children loved the play area and the Dino Zone softplay area.
The location was perfect for visiting Charmouth and we had a lovely visit to the beach.
The shop on site was small with limited stock but enough for what we needed, but the staff were fantastic! Gave advice on where to go and were very friendly! Overall we loved our stay and we definitely will be back.

Children’s entertainment on an evening would have made the stay even better! My kids love a disco and games on holiday. I believe a disco was held on Friday although not certain as we couldn’t find it.

Great facilities, especially for young children. Good location. Friendly staff. Would definitely return.
