Kids absolutely loved it park was really nice shame I didn't try it out till last day but left a day early as someone else was pitched up in my spot so where we pitched was on Abit of a hill otherwise all good would love to go again and try there pod accomodation
The pool was lovely all two of them plus kids little area and hot tub in sauna
Didn't use pub as on benefits and on budget but would of loved to try the Sunday roast looked and smelt outstanding

Really nice facilities, nice family feel. Everything was close in distance. It was very clean and the staff were all very nice.
Food at the on site bar was delicious.
The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool.

One drawback and it's very small, however you have to pay to use the pool. It is only £3.50pp though, so no big deal.
WiFi was poor, but we weren't there to be glued to our devices

The pitch was perfect and opposite the toilets and showers, as requested. Fabulous views for miles. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi.

The toilet block needs a bit of work

Very clean campsite with stunning views. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Toilet and shower block were quite outdated and could go with an upgrade.

Campsite is about 20 min walk from the beach. Indoor pool is nice but gets very busy. All the staff we encountered were lovely and helpful. Shop on site is small but practically and well stocked. Playground for kids is nice. 15 min drive to Lyme Regis, town gets very busy though! Lovely view from the hill.

Don't like the fact that the campsite is on steep slope. Non electric pitch we were given (and everyone around us) was on a slope, so everything was sliding down, including children while sleeping. Can't possibly let children use bicycles. Very windy also. Wifi is patchy at best, very unreliable and slow (if working).
Will not be returning as not suitable for us as young family for practical reasons.

Entertainment was OK.

Paying 3.50 for children or adults for swimming outside pool did not look clean. Soft play area not supervised with older children climbing on top of area and diving around roughly where small children are playing.

Very easy check in and help finding pitch.
The shop was open till 8 and had a reasonable offering including being able to pre order pastries for breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful across all of the park.
We needed to fix a bunk bed during our stay and they lent us power tools to help sort it.
The pool area was nice and clean, not to busy and the online booking system was easy. The Newlands app was helpful. Nice variety of food on the restaurant and the evening entertainment on the Saturday was good quality. Great bing and small play areas, the children enjoyed the soft play as well.
Good sized shower cubicles with hooks and bench for clothes. Staff were regularly seen cleaning.

Honest staff as my son s wallet fell out in soft play and they found it and rang us to say they thought it could be ours.
The non chain and family feel was apparent across all the staff from cleaning, maintenance, shop, bar and pool. They couldn't have been more helpful.

The laundry only taking cash was a pain as the shop doesn't do cashback and no cash point on site, however once we had cash the shop happily changed it to coins for the laundry. I'd suggest that changing the machines to card payment or offering cashback would be very helpful.

A few evenings other people were letting the children 8-13 ish run round the campsite screaming and scooting really load till gone 10pm.
I know it's a holiday but our children got woken up and couldn't sleep. Absolutely not the parks fault as just frustrating when some other families can't be bothered to parent in the evenings.
