Great for families with swimming pool, soft play and arcades(some machines a bit broken) with beach a very short walk away with great bar and food onsite. Staff friendly.

hard standing pitches were not quite wide enough for caravan and awning, in October this campsite is very boggy, out awning go very muddy due to the pitch we were given, would be fine in summer. Dog field is small. Would probably stay again in summer but not Oct.

Excellent pitch with great views. Friendly greeting by staff and being showing where to pitch up by your team member and where the amenities are.
The site was nicely laid out with its stepped levels.
Now we've stayed, even though it was a short break we'll be booking again for a longer stay next year.

Pool & Soft play areas

Shower rooms & toilet block very wet. Flooring is conducive to collecting water in tile patterning.

Clean tidy site. Showers spotless, plenty of on site facilities, shop, bar, restaurant etc. lots more for families such as pool and play areas but we didn’t use them Bus stop right outside camp to reach Bridport or Lyme Regis and an easy walk to Charmouth village and bay.

Pitch numbering confused us a little but not a problem

The amenities is really good they have indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna which helps you relax.

Toilets were closed. Only two cubicles were provided for the campers and no shower areas which we were not told or informed prior our check-in. We were in the camp site and the staff were doing some job like trimming the grass, trees and etc which caused so much noise and loud machines/equipment whilst we were trying to get sleep like 8:00 in the morning. You can’t even relax or enjoy holiday due to noise from their tractors or equipment which I find disrespectful and rude to us who paid for these holiday.

Great campsite, beautiful views, very efficient and friendly staff, powerful showers and clean toilets. Fantastic location too!

We really liked the swimming pool & soft play! The site was clean. Staff friendly. Good location to Charmouth beach.

We were on a pitch that was at the top of the hill and on a slant. We didn’t have any wedges to make us level.

pools looked spotless

Showers had a section to put towels and sit while drying and 2 hooks for clothing but the shower tended to spray wide so the seat was often wet. Needed to be more separate from spray.
No individual wash cubicles

We couldn't complain about anything to do with the actual camp. All the facilities were clean and adequate for our needs.

We were disappointed at the level of road noise from the A35 which travelled wherever you were on the site. We live in a city and was hoping to just hear the birds.

The site promoting information should also state there is payment for the pool which is usually included in your pitch price. The proxy to the beach is also a bit unrealistic.
