Pitches were quite close so not much area for your own bbq withoht being too close

Nice facilities and grounds well maintained. Shop well stocked. Most places clean. Great that there’s different accommodation options

Toilets were not a well maintained as they could be.

Pitches were spacious and fairly level. Very stoney under the pitch which made getting tent pegs into the ground tough. But very tidy. Surrounded by lovely wild flowers and trees. Lovely view of the sea from our pitch, 2 mins walk to the kids play area.
The swimming pool was just fantastic. Little too cold outside to use the outdoor one on our trip. Hot tub and sauna was a lovely little touch.

Shower blocks were neat and tidy but very basic. Weren't cleaned while we were there.

The site in general was nice.

Good facilities. Walk in to Charmouth. Handy on site shop. Good dog walk.

Arrived on a Sunday lunchtime & were allocated a pitch. The pitch was still occupied - so went back to reception & were told to pitch in any vacant pitch & report back the pitch number. We were then told they would have to check whether the pitch was free & if not we might have to move. So not a good start & seemed to be total chaos on a Sunday lunchtime.
Cleanliness of facilities was ok but could be better.

We were in club watching football and they came round and said bar was shut just before 10.00pm have never known this before on any site

Large pitch area was great, spacious, clean park with good facilities. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Bar area was nice. Dog friendly which is great and in a lovely location. We really enjoyed our stay!

Payment for the swimming pool, indoor and out. I feel there could be something in place where the park covers costs but also the pool utilised by residents at a reduce cost, during quiet periods. Toilets at the top of the park are very clean but could do with a little upgrade to match the ones at the main complex building. Food was ok but for the price not fantastic. I feel more people would eat there if it wasn’t pre prepared frozen food.
