Really lovely stay and the owners made us very welcome. Nice peaceful spot for a weekend or longer with a lovely local pub.

Fantastic site:
- Well kept, level and spacious pitches;
- Great, simple children’s play facilities;
- Clean loo and shower area;
- Excellent honesty shop and fire pit hire;
- Really friendly and helpful hosts, and friendly fellow campers;
- Quiet in the late evenings and overnight;
- Easy access to many local places: we enjoyed canoeing on the Broads and visits to Southwold, Framlingham and Aldeburgh.

The only minor issue was the shower temperature in the shower. Guests are warned not to use it while others are using water, because of pressure issues, but even then we found that the temperature fluctuated a lot - it was difficult to keep it at a consistent temperature for our kids to have a shower.

This is a great campsite gem, we will definitely be back if we can. Small, quiet and well thought through. Lovely owners too.

This is a wonderful site. Rural, peaceful and sheltered. I used it as my base for a couple of days to cycle the area and chose to stay in the pre-erected tent. This was superb! Plenty of room with a very comfortable bed and everything you need for your stay (bring own towel and bedding).
The field is surrounded by mature trees that don't shade the sun but block the wind and the children's play areas are dotted around but not intrusive at all for those wanting to appreciate the peace.
The facilities have a rustic charm and are very clean and perfectly in keeping with the site. The wild flowers in the shower and toilet a nice touch.
It's also set back a good distance from a not very busy road so no traffic noise at all.
I slept really well, though something ate my strawberries that I left outside...
Lovely hosts, and a great place to stay.

The campsite is so beautiful in an absolute idyllic setting. Sally and Richard are so friendly and helpful and always happy to stop and say hello!
The campsite store has a great selection of goodies, such as chocolate and marshmallows as well as the essentials to get your bbq or fire pit going.
We love Sunnyside for all its rope swings and windy little paths taking you to some very relaxing hammocks in and amongst the beautiful trees or round to a perfectly positioned bench ready to watch the spectacular sunsets.
We have been twice now and will absolutely be visiting again! X

Sunnyside is a beautiful location, peaceful and well looked after. The hosts have created an idyll with lots of lovely kind touches. Flowers in the shower and lovely toiletries give a sense of luxury. The on site honesty shop has lots of choice and having access to a fridge was really helpful. So much to do in the area.

Great campsite with excellent walks from the site. It was lovely to see young families enjoying the outdoors barefoot! Local train station used when we had walked a bit too far. Will recommend to our family and friends
