Thank you for taking the time to complete a review after your recent stay in one of our eco pods at Seaview Holiday Park. Its very positive to read that you felt your welcome was 'great' and you also found your pod and facilities to be in 'great condition'.
Our pods have 2,3 and 4 beds depending on their size, it may be that at the time of your booking the smaller pods were booked -
In regard to food being available on site - we agree that having an eatery on site would be perfect - we do have a the perfect facilities for a fabulous restaurant/bar/shop - we have a purpose built restaurant and bar area which is currently being advertised and we are actively looking for an independent operator to take it over - we are hopeful it will be opening soon.

Thank you for your recent review after your stay with us at Seaview holiday Park - we are pleased your children enjoyed the 'play park and games room and that you found our team to be friendly'. As managers at Seaview we, along with our amazing team, aim to ensure your holiday is as enjoyable as possible - and its great that you would recommend us to your friends and that you would visit again .
In regard to the surrounding tourist sights - Cornwall is extremely busy over the summer holiday period , pre-booking of any attraction is advisable - outside of school holidays there are not usually any issues with availability.

Hi Catherine - thank you for taking the time to complete a review for us , its lovely to see that you would recommend us to your friends and that you would visit again . Although we can see you liked our facilities - we do acknowledge that the outdoor pool's opening times are restricted and apologise if this has caused you to miss out on its use - your feedback is important and enables us to look at possible changes that may be more convenient for our holiday makers . For this summer the pool is open 7 hours every day - from 11-6 pm - and is staffed during those hours to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all the holiday makers - outside of these times the pool is cleaned and maintained both in the mornings and evenings - which unfortunately does have an impact on the opening times, but does allow us to maintain it to a high standard.

Hi Janna , thank you for taking the time to write a review on your recent stay at Seaview, its very pleasing to see that you gave the site full marks for customer service, child friendliness, cleanliness and the facilities/activities.

We agree with you that Seaview Holiday Park is in a great location , within easy walking distance of Land's End and the beautiful Sennen Cove with its cafe's , beach bar, pub and shops.

It's really positive that you found the staff to be ' very friendly and accommodating ,'the shower blocks clean' and that 'the facilities were good for your children'. I can see that your children especially enjoyed the pool, which has been a great asset to the site.

In relation to what you didn't like - Again thank you for your comments - any constructive feedback is well received -

We have two shower/toilet blocks, which are between 12 and 80 metres away from the touring pitches. Although the facilities are no more than a couple of minutes walk depending on where your pitch is - anyone with any difficulties accessing the shower blocks can ask to be pitched nearer the blocks and we will endeavour to accommodate them.

In regard to the restaurant - We are hopeful that the restaurant on site will be open soon , it currently is being advertised to potential businesses and we are really excited at the prospect of welcoming a new eatery soon.

We don't have a shop on site at the moment , we do sell milk , canned and bottled drinks, biscuits, ice-creams etc, - we hope in the future to be able to expand our offer - However there is a local Licenced Spa Shop/post office , only a minutes drive , or 5 mins easy walk from the site, with a good choice of baked goods and fresh and frozen foods. Further facilities can be found at ST Just village - 4 miles away and Penzance, our nearest large town - 8 miles away. Both have a variety of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets , providing everything you need.

Finally, It's great to read that you would' recommend us to your friends' and that you 'would visit us again' - we can't ask for more and look forward to seeing you the next time you are in Cornwall.
