Hi Shane - it was great to read your recent review after your visit to Seaview Holiday Park - Thank you for your positive comments about the park and the surrounding area- Sennen is a fantastic base for any holiday in this part of Cornwall, the surrounding bays and country-side are stunning and with being so close to Lands End - each summer we have the advantage of being able to see the twice weekly fire works from the park itself. The park does have sea views along the full length of the front of the park - we can actually see the Scilly Isles and have the pleasure of witnessing the most amazing sunsets. We can also see the sunrises and distant views of the sea from some of our touring plots at the back of the park - Your pitch was in the garden area in the middle of the park which benefits from countryside and garden views - with some fabulous trees and native shrubs. From chatting to you during your stay , you told us that you have been visiting the park for many years and enjoyed this part of Cornwall. As you point out you 'liked that we are very close to Lands End' - We totally agree that Seaview Holiday Park is in an enviable position , close to the coastal path and several secluded bays which have the most stunning views -

It is a little disappointing to read that you rated our customer service , facilities , value for money and accommodation on the low side.

I will feed back your comments to the team, who always strive to ensure every guest has an enjoyable time - with staff friendliness being our trademark - it would seem however that we didn't quite hit the mark this time - I can only apologise on my teams behalf - It is however positive to read that 'you would visit again' - this is great news and we look forward to building a positive relationship with you in the years to come that will match your friendship with the previous owners.

In regard to the facilities on site and value for money - We do recognise that there have been lots of changes to the park since Wyldecrest Parks took it over earlier this year and we are continuing to improve and update the facilities- we are hopeful that we will have a new bar and restaurant open soon, which would be great for our guests and the local wider community.

In relation to your accommodation rating - obviously we cannot comment on this as you holidayed in your own motorhome.

Its very positive to read that you found the staff to be 'very friendly' and the 'services to be clean' and lovely to see that you would 'recommend Seaview Holiday Park to your friends and that your would visit us again'.
We can see from your review that you stayed in one of our Eco Pods - We have a number of Pods , which have been very popular throughout the season and can accommodate 2-4 people - rest assured when a family or party of 4 have stayed in the Pod's they have reported back that they have enjoyed their stay, and at around 12.5 by 13 foot , our guests haven't found the Pod's too small - also with the addition of a small kitchen area, fridge, microwave and kettle, the pods really are an ideal getaway from it all.

It's lovely to read that you found the staff 'to be friendly' and the 'facilities to be clean'. I can see that you liked the location of the site and the 'kids outdoor activities' - and its very positive to see that you would recommend us to your friends and that you would visit again.

Thank you for your feedback in regard to the location of the showers/toilets - We currently have two shower/toilet blocks, which are between 12 and 80 metres away from the touring pitches/eco pods depending on where your pitch/pod is - anyone with any difficulties accessing the shower blocks can ask to be nearer the blocks and we will endeavour to accommodate them. For next season we are planning to open a toilet/shower block nearer to the pod/pitch area currently furthest away from the existing facilities.

Thank you Scott for taking the time to post a review after your recent stay at Seaview Holiday Park - it's really positive to read that you 'liked the new improvements' and you found the site 'tidy and easy to navigate', in a 'great location', with 'great facilities' and 'great staff '. Its also fab that you would recommended us to your friends and that you would visit again. We love the photo's you have posted and as you say we are in walking distance to Lands End - approx. 1 mile away, a coastal path walk is a must - the views are breath-taking and in the July /Aug Holidays Lands End provide free firework displays and live music twice a week.
It is a little disappointing to read that you felt the site was overpriced as we are thrilled to be able to offer our touring guests an outdoor pool, crazy golf, tennis and table tennis and an outdoor and indoor play area all within the price of your stay - along with modern shower/toilet blocks and well kept grounds/gardens. However we appreciate that we don't yet have a restaurant or shop - something that we are working hard to achieve for next season,. We look forward to seeing you again soon and to show you the continued investment Wyldecrest Holiday Parks are making to our site.
