Lots of activities but disliked having to pay for everything! . Food was reasonable suprisingly, and you can take dogs in certain areas which is helpful. People friendly.

Lack of signage re speed No mops in showers. Water everwhere. Lots of kids unsupervised on bikes but having fun. Showers cold. Push button to save water but no plugs to wash up so lots of water wasted! Charge of £5 for a plug? Health and safety aspects. Road had big cracks and holes. Surprised no kids were injured. Staff were friendly except for booking in was appalling talked over. Twice. Told could not sleep in awning after paying extra which was disputed then given a pitch no 1 right by barrier which isnt a proper pitch so my husband said we needed to be moved. Don't like not able to get onto a pitch until 2pm half the day gone which you have paid for! Off by 10 am???. Expensive for what it is.

Shower and toilets in need of refurbishment as tired

Facilities on site were excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We didn't have any children with us but if we had i would imagine they would of had a whale of a time.

The touring pitches were ridiculously small to the point where everybody had to park at the end of their pitches making it difficult to get your caravan out in the morning especially when you have to leave at the crack of dawn to catch a ferry and most people aren't awake to ask them to move the cars.

Liked the layout of the large campsite, easy to find and access our glampsite pitch.
Highly recommend the glamping option we had. Very good value for money.

Didn't like the scampi on the menu for the price of it. It was no better than what you would get from the frozen section in Aldi up the road.
The T.V didn't connect with the WiFi. So we had to hot-spot netflix etc. using our phone.

Grass pitches are grassless with hardcore which means pegs are unable to enter the ground, even extra toughed pegs.
Woof park is derelict and broken which means your dog isn't able to use it (see photos)
If you're allocated pitch 1, do not take it otherwise you'll be back to complain and be moved. Don't try phoning them because they don't answer, staff are just having a laugh and ignoring customers.

Gorgeous woodland site. Good entertainment. Modern facilities. Great staff.

Toilet and shower block could’ve been cleaned more regularly

Everything about this site. Beautiful setting, Great employees, amazing facilities, loved how our pitch was enclosed with a hedge to make it private from our neighbours. Will definitely return.

The dirty lazy holiday makers who do not seem to have the ability to wipe their pee and period blood from the toilet seat, or flush the loo after they've had a poo, or even worse, leave poo on the toilet seat. There's clearly something wrong with these people! I can't begin to imagine what goes though their minds when they leave it in this state. Shame on you!
I feel very sorry for the staff who work so hard and do such a wonderful job at keeping the site clean and tidy!

The park is a great size with a variety of activities for the family. The swimming pools were cleaned and managed well by the lifeguards.

Showers and toilets in the block closest to the touring park entrance were poorly maintained although acceptably clean examples of this are sometimes there was no hot water the shower heads were blocked up and hadnt been serviced in ages which can cause legionela to breed which can be dangerous not to mention a poor shower , some of the toilet cysterns were overflowing wasting water , the chemical disposal was blocked and poo was all over the floor , the urinal is rusty yet I discovered one of the other toilet blocks as I was leaving and it was in much better condition I tried to phone reception and they hung up on me

To busy site was very big with hundreds of static vans, shower blocks nice and clean buts hot water was cold every afternoon and evening making it very hard to wash up and shower
