Crazy golf was fun
Hedges between plots was good.
Reception staff member was really welcoming upon checking in.

Too many noisy dogs barking before 7am!!
Pool was absolutely rammed and too busy to enjoy!
Showers were a trickle so hard to wash your hair in.
Costa coffee counter was also taking orders from the bar so we gave up waiting to get served because she had an endless pile of orders!

Everything was amazing staff where so helpful and polite. The place was very clean and safe lots of security. And loved you could order food anywhere.

Shower room near office could use benches or lockers to put dry clothes on and they didn't have only adult swimming which was a shame,and a bigger park would be amazing

It was such a lovely Place to stay! Fantastic view, super clean and nice facilities, large pitches and very well organized!

Location is great. Loads to do on park as well as loads within local area. Staff were all extremely polite and really good with the kids. Food / drink on site also very reasonably priced if you didn't want to eat in every night. Touring facilities were plentiful and clean. Even all the fellow visitors were nice, everyone saying hello and having a chat, the kids instantly made friends with others to. Definitely one of the best parks owned by a chain we have visited by far!

There wasn't anything we really disliked...

Indoor and outdoor pool available

Only small playground at the entrance of the parc. No other playgrounds. It is very clear that the parc wants you to book and pay for the additional activities only. Pools very small.
Toilettes very dirty and often blocked because flush not working anymore.

Great facilities, plenty of entertainment on offer to.

Flat ground, decent facilities and showers, food at the restaurant.
Lifeguards are on the ball but the ratio of people to guards seems to be about 1:30 which is reasonable for the size of the pool and range of abilities. Staff were all very helpful and considerate. Security is on site but very stretched.

Swimming slots are now 1 hour long. There is a coloured band system which is rarely adhered to effectively. The pools shut at 12.45 for ‘activities’ and then open again until 5pm. My opinion is that Parkdean Sandford have just added layers of stress to the swimming experience. The outdoor pool needs to be expanded to cope with the demand, either that or extend opening times or take a hit on the revenue generation. I don’t understand how Parkdean Sandford would prefer to make £100 a day more by running mini-scuba lessons over pissing off hundreds of guests every day. The current system just isn’t effective. Lack of enforcement regarding noisy families who think their music is appreciated by everyone else.

The outside pool but thought that closing for lunch was not necessary and closing at 5pm on a hot summers day was rubbish.

All the extra charges for activities, made for a very expensive stay.

club house was lovely clean and friendly. Motorhome part, I dont know what to say... Its not fit for anyone to stay there.

Motorhome pitches, small with low over hanging branches.
Maintenance is none. Check in system was a joke. We had to check in the main reception as the camping reception was close, well it only opened about 2 hours.
At reception the male had the right hump, because I had to go back to the motorhome and get my phone and look for my passport for ID.
The motorhome pitch he gave me was small, the branches of the trees was hitting our roof. So, I tried to call for a couple of hours to ask if we can be moved. We never got through so we just moved to another pitch that we could fit in with a motorhome. I also emailed reception, but no reply. Eventually the reception rang us up and asked us what pitch have we moved to, we gave him the pitch number, and he said we will have to move to the next pitch as this pitch is allocated out…WHY ALL PITCHES IN THAT ROW WAS THE SAME SIZE AND HIEIGHT???? He was just being a pain.
Shower blocks, Well what I can say about them. rusty floors, you could serousily hurt yourself, they stink, dirty, I wouldn’t even shower a dog in there. No water coming out, just a little drip. Cold water. THESE SHOWER BLOCKS NEED TO BE NOCKED DOWN AND REBUILT.

Friendly staff, always helpful and amazingly polite and kind.
Pitch clean tidy and a good size. Great electric hook up.
Old bathrooms lovely and nice showers.
Great entertainment for children.
Wonderful onsite pools.
Great facilities in the main gathering area.

New bathrooms, in centre of touring area (rounded building), toilets did not flush, showers were cold, water supply may have a few issues.
Terrible WiFi near main shops and pub area(it made banking very difficult)
