The food there was ok, but definitely not worth the extortionate bill we had. We saw maintenance being carried out, but no other staff, they email you everything you need, but no personal touch.
Ik was niet zo blij met: Lots of road noise which we had anticipated, if you are a light sleeper, you will need earplugs. There was noise because of Christmas parties, the Friday night was fine, but on Saturday, I could clearly hear the singer with my earplugs in. So much for the 10pm noise rule! The security barrier was never down, anybody could drive on or off the site. 3 out of 5 showers in the ladies weren’t in use. The 2 that were need some TLC - flooring lifting, hair in the drain. We won’t be returning.

Nothing was too much trouble for Rob the relief warden, who spent a good hour trying to get the electrics to work as our caravan decided to throw a wobbly.
We will definitely be looking at going back again.Ik was niet zo blij met: Not a dislike but an observation…….could do with a few more dog bins around the park.
Also as we had heavy rain some pitches did get water logged so maybe some sort of drainage could be implemented to help prevent this.
Thank you for your review,glad you enjoyed your time with us , thanks for your comments regarding dog bins their are 3 dotted around the park,1 by main entrance barrier 1 at the beginning of the dog walk and 1 by the toilet block we think 3 is enough for the size of the park , unfortunately we have had a lot of rain lately and we will look into this hope to see you again in drier circumstances

Ik was niet zo blij met: Not really a dislike, but could be improved - the showers (a personal bug bear) where you have to hold in the button or it cuts out in 2 seconds so trying to shower one handed was really difficult.

Currently, we have no wardens on site during the winter season. The office is only manned on weekdays, so we do try to get everything to you before your stay. We know it isn't the same as having someone there to greet you, but this isn't always the case.
I will pass on your comments to the White House - they are a separate business to us. Their cut off time for parties is midnight.
We are aware of the issues with the barrier. The company has ordered parts to repair it, however it can either be stuck in the open position or the closed position. As we have a lot of bookings and seasonals coming on and off the park, we thought it best to keep the park open.
Due to it being the winter season, and therefore a lot quieter than summer, we have closed some of the showers off. Our cleaners are cleaning what needs to be cleaned, and not every shower just in case it has been used. We are aware of the issues with the floor, and are looking at a solution.
