Very quiet, the shower/toilet block was very clean & warm, excellent accessable facilities for a wheelchair, the warden/ ranger was extremely helpful & friendly. The restaurant & spa was very nice, again staff very helpful & nice. Easy access from the A55 . The pitch was quite large to accommodate large caravans/ car & auning. My husband & I really enjoyed our stay.

Super size fully serviced pitches. Really good communications and super friendly and welcoming warden. Toilet/shower block fab. Adult only and onsite dog walk. WiFi strong and fast enough for surfing but not streaming. Food available from the gastro pub/restaurant on site and there is opportunity to use the onsite spa and pool for additional cost.

Well maintained, clean and quiet site. Easy access off the main road which was perfect when towing as not 1 narrow lane to navigate. Showers were spotless and clean with super hot water (too hot for me). Wardens were friendly and helpful. We took our bikes and we did some of the best routes we've ever been on. The site is perfect for a biking base. The amazing coastal path is nearby plus lots of country routes to explore. We didn't use the onsite restaurant as we had drinks in the van and the weather was so good we just enjoyed sitting out and watching the sunset. A few people have mentioned the road noise but for us, this wasn't an issue. You can hear it when you're outdoors but it's not loud or intrusive at all. The birds singing were much more noticeable. At night when the van was closed up we never heard it at all, even with windows open. The main road nearby, for us, was not an issue and was actually great for access to main routes for visiting Colwyn Bay and Llandudno and for our trip into Liverpool. WiFi was free and worked most of the time, which is rare on most sites.

The only negative was the temperature of the showers. I couldn't go under them, they were just too hot for me. I asked the wardens and luckily, because there were no disabled guests on site, the warden allowed me to use the disabled shower room. That was perfect as had a temp adjustable shower.

Fantastic site with well maintained grounds and facilities - great location and surroundings. Definitely will be back, didn't want to leave!

Friendly welcome by the warden who then came and checked on us to ensure everything was ok, a very nice touch. beautifully kept pitches, lovely scenary, warm and clean facilities. Booked a meal in the White House for our anniversary which was amazing. Staff were superb and looked very happy in their roles, a lovely gesture awaited us on our table which was a card wishing us a happy anniversary. Very thoughtful. Food was excellent and reasonably priced for the 5 star service we received. Special mention to Kostas who goes above and beyond to ensure you have a perfect visit.

Excellent standard of pitch with water and electricity so easy to use! Toilets were very clean and tidy. I would say this site is one of the best sites we have stayed and will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a very peacefully site with excellent quality throughout, with an amazing hotel and spa experience with reasonable prices! Definitely will be back !
