The Location

Great location - peaceful but close enough to supermarket, restaurants, sightseeing etc.
Hut was comfortable and a good size. Particularly enjoyed the decking outside to relax in the sun.
Kitchenette was surprisingly well appointed for camping.
Hut and shared toilet/shower extremely clean.
Easy to find & parking no problem.
Would love to come back in winter to make use of the fire!

Spacious accommodation with a comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchenette and modern washroom facilities. Easy check in and out. Plenty of room between units so it felt private.

It took a couple of nights to get used to the lack of blackout in our bell tent, so we lost a bit of sleep at the beginning of our stay. While we could easily connect to the Wi-Fi, it didn’t work.

Absolutely beautiful place . Not far from Ross on wye. Lovely and quiet. People who owned the place were lovely too and put them selves out to help when needed. Facilities where exceptionally clean. Everything you needed was there. I Would recommend the place to anyone I knew.

I didn't dislike anything. Infact i would love to stay again. X

Location was nice, and site was well kept, good facilities. Overall, I would stay there again, although a few teething issues. It was a nice place warm and comfy beds, good well stocked kitchen etc

There were a few nit picky bits that wasn't great, for example it states the falcon tent was a star gazing one, but the plastic on the roof was old and dirty I couldn't see anything, and there were clearly some fly eggs etc as a serious amount of flies up there, I get it's in nature but this was excessive, lastly I didn't really see anyone on site to ask questions or get more fire wood so just went without. This most certainly didn't ruin things and i still enjoyed our stay. A big thing for me ma's we were given no keys to the door so when we leave site we had to risk leaving the door unlocked, while alps not having the ability to lock the door at night,not even a catch or something.

Great site, in the middle of all local places. Friendly staff, very clean

No lighting to the toilets and shower block.
No taps next to the huts

Hot showers, local pub Penny Farthing, local shop.....

Not so much disliked but more a suggestion that possibly a pool table or Table tennis table could be added in the bar area which was sadly cordoned off and out of bounds during ourstay

Beautiful, well kept, quiet site.
Ideal for the dogs and lovely little cooking area. Our yurt was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend break.
