Vertaal (Mogelijk gemaakt door Google Translate )Ik was blij met: The owner and staff where delightful, they couldn’t do enough to help and where always out and about chatting to people and giving great suggestions on what to do and where to do near by. On arrival they gave us a paper wallet fillet with loads of pamphlets, walk maps and information about the site and pitch including an emergency number. In addition to all that they gave us a treasure hunt booklet which was an exiting murder mystery experience which got all the towns surrounding the campsite involved and it was for all ages!
When we was shown to the pitch I was amazed at how big it was, and they even said that they won’t put other campers too close so we all have our own space, furthermore as we went as a young couple they put us away from the family’s, we appreciate that as we were away from where the kids where running around. Been at the top of a hill the site has some amazing views and the most amazing sunsets, and when night falls you can see hundreds of stars, a truly beautiful sight.
The toilets where dated but kept very clean, almost every night I saw them been cleaned, the showers where brilliant, loads of room and moderately modern but very clean.
The washing up fertility where good, hot water and plenty of room. Even tho we didn’t use the washing machines they looked in good condition and clean.An ice cream van comes along every weekend I believe, and they are great value for money!
An over all the site was perfect and a great value for money. I highly recommend this site!

We do try and keep all our facilities as clean as possible with an hour check/clean, and we love our showers too, better than we have indoors.

We did have a large group in, who were not causing any problems until another camper started shouting at them to shut up at 7.30 in the evening. This was my fault really, as the same lady caused problems last year, but I allowed her back in again this year, she was evicted from the site and she will not be back again.
Our toilet block is quite dated but we do our best to keep it spotlessly clean all the time.

We try and make everyone feel welcome and relaxed while staying with us, we are so pleased you found us friendly and welcoming.
As we are quite a rural site we don't tend to get crowds of noisy bods on site, with the majority of people just relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet.
There are some great places to visit all around the area and Dorset, all within an hours drive.

Even though site not flat able to park well with plenty of electric pitches. Toilet blocks well maintained and always clean. Perfect place for people who love to walk and admire great scenery. Will definately be returning to enjoy many more great walks and peace site offered.

We do do have plenty of space and ample electric points.
We do have an hourly checking/cleaning schedule to keep our toilet block and showers spotlessly clean.

Vertaal (Mogelijk gemaakt door Google Translate )Ik was blij met: We had a three night stay at the giantshead campsite, we found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating and it is a nice base to check the surrounding areas, we went to Swanage one of the days, Lyme Regis the next, the facilities are excellent especially the showers, the ease of checking in was straight forward, also it was easy to find as it's on the same road all the way from Dorchester.
Ik was niet zo blij met: Not any dislikes as such however the main road is very noisy but you get used to traffic noise, there's a few slopes so have to be careful where you pitch, may need to take a wind break as it's on a hill so very windy.
We are really pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. We are in a great spot to explore the area.
Our showers are lovely - better than I have indoors :)
It was a bit windy while you were here, we are on the top of the hill so do get the brunt of the wind.
