Toilet and shower blocks were kept in good order and usually clean.

Front desk was helpful and friendly.

Massive place to stay.

The smell of the Elsan points were horrific, so much that I was gagging washing up.

The park was so busy we were put on the scrumpy field, which was fine until our neighbours pitched up. The foul language and children's behaviour (which itself included violence and horrific swearing from a child no older than 4) was not nice to witness or to try and explain to our 5 year old. Think this family was related to someone who worked on/ owned the park. I did try and make eye contact with the parents in passing to try and spark a dialogue but they blanked me.

We also left on a day trip (we were in a campervan) and asked one of the workers if we could still have the same pitch (I'm pregnant so needing to be relatively close to the loos!) and he looked at us like we were mad but said of course. Upon our return our pitch, close to the loos, had indeed been given to someone else and, other people had pitched up too. So, unfortunately we ended up right at the back of the field. Admittedly I had to sqaut a few times because I'd never have made it to the bog!

Road can also be quite noisy but does lessen at night.

All of it . beautiful place soon as we pulled in it looked amazing and beautiful. We stayed in the Suffolk horn . It had everything you needed
They even put in tea coffee and sugar plus t towels and dish cloth
The hut was so clean . While we was there the weather was amazing very hot , but we was ok inside as it even had a fan in the hut and a heater incase it was cold . The bed was so comfortable you didn’t want to get up . Shower block was always clean and tidy . We went over to have a drink in the bar . Staff were very welcoming and chatted to us . We had a full English breakfast in the restaurant wow was very nice and again the staff was welcoming . Fishing lakes were well stocked .every member of staff we spoke to was very nice . We will 100% be returning

Beautiful, friendly place, with all necessary facilities. Grounds and lakes very well kept and make the place feel really special (sadly we didn’t get to do any fishing). The cabin itself (Norfolk Horn) was super cozy and super clean, with a lovely view of the lake, very comfy bed and unexpected mod cons such as mini fridge, microwave, heater, fan, and even wifi and a good size smart TV! Loved it and hope to be back soon for a longer stay!

Travelled with my bestie and we loved everything! The moment we walked in to the Reception we knew this was our place! The owners will help you out as much as they are able and because I have difficulties coping with crowds/lots of noise, we were guided to a lovely spot where it was quiet and did not get a lot of people walking by. The eaterie/bar was exceptional! We had really good food with a decent price-tag. I rarely return to the same place twice (as I like to try out many different sites) but this one is different and I have booked to return in Sept and will be bringing my hubby! I know he will love it, especially the fishing...

There were a few campers who need to learn how to clean up after themselves. The shower and toilet facilities were spotless when we turned up, but after the usual Friday night use, some people left these in a state. Thank goodness I do not work for the public - those very few spoil it for others and give the owners extra unnecessary work to do - such a shame as the owners are brilliant!

The location, facilities, helpful staff and the butterfly hut itself. It has everything we needed and was perfectly positioned in front of the lake.

Fantastic campsite. Facilities clean and spacious.
Pitches available beside lake which is perfect for fishing.
Lakes are well stocked (but not over stocked) which made it perfect for challenging fishing.
Staff were very friendly.
Brilliant Free wifi. We took our firestick tv along which was handy because we couldn’t get normal tv signal.
We took our dog with us and found a nice walk from the campsite around farmers fields. Which in total was about a mile. We will definitely be going back.

Not really a dislike, but just budget in an additional charge for electric. We used £5 per day in our motorhome.

Lovely site large pitches electric by card but you get a refund on what you don’t use. Toilets and showers clean and tidy showers are push button. Good fishing the only problem is you get day ticket fisherman turn up at 06.00 so touring fisherman can find it hard to get a swim. Apart from that good site

The site was well laid out and our pitch was beautifully picturesque right next to the lake. It was perfect for a weekend spent fishing and relaxing with our 8 year old twins during the summer holidays.
The on site bar and restaurant were also lovely and we stayed for Sunday lunch which was amazing!

The facilities on site were good however, the toilets and washing up area were unfortunately a little less desirable due to cleanliness but this could be due to the high number of families staying over a busy period.

Beautiful setting. Husband and son enjoyed the fishing and caught several. Facilities clean and in fact the whole site was very well maintained and clean. Midweek was quieter, lots of people arriving for the weekend as we left. Onsite cafe was excellent value for money and the food was very tasty. Can’t wait to return.
