Staff. Especially receptionist so friendly and helpful

Toilets and showers could be cleaner but understand on a big site that is difficult all the time

I’ve bean to brean many many times from childhood to adulthood, probably stayed at most of the sites in brean throughout the years, but this one ive actually found a diamond, friendly site , clean , no one bothers you with petty rules, & the cafe is a wow with its home cooking & licensed to sell alcoholic drinks , & the staff are brilliant, love it.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming,there was things for the kids to do and the food was great.the pictch off grass we put are tents was not water logged and easy to put them up.

The only dislike I had was walking in the dark to the toilets .and not enough seats if they are doing bingo our live music

The staff was really friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The campsite toilet facilities was very clean, where we pitched our tent was quiet. My sons highlight of the camping trip was seeing a tractor working on the field nearby.

Flat field. Reception staff went above and beyond to help with an issue

For non electric tent pitches, the big field has no water or toilets. These are in the caravan field. Was a 6 minute walk from our tent to toilets.

Large holiday park. Good shower and toilet facilities well located for exploring the local area. Nice little shop and Cafe with evening entertainment. Warden was quick to welcome us upon arrival.

Tent pitch was way too far from toilet block. Rules about keeping dogs on leads were ignored and lots of dog mess in tent field, some of which was right next to the dog bin, which was emptied regularly, not the sites fault, but ignorant people.

Field we was using was used by dog walkers , dogs urinating and pooing.i think that unacceptable

Spacious, no encroaching from being too closely pitched.

Lack of bins close to me dip touring field. Long walk to ‘pop to the bin’

The size of the campsite. No big clubhouse which we prefer but a couple of pubs an easy walk. The on-site cafe and shop were good. Staff very friendly. We stayed on the non electric hookup field in our camper. You can have as much space as you like. There is also fishing on site. Brean beach is very nice. You can park on the beach for £10/day. Children playing safety around the site and a nice playground.
