Nice reception team and very friendly. Pitches fully serviced and away from the main field, so nice and quiet, with good views

The chemical waste was too far away for such a big site to only have two chemical waste points is silly. The dog walk area was nice except other owners had not cleared up after their dogs, and there was a huge amount around,

I loved the site. Toilets and other facilities were very clean.

I never could hook up to the onvsite WiFi and reception said it was done by a separate company and they couldn't help.

The play area was great for my 6 year old and good amount of seating close by so I didn't have to tie up our dog. Shop was very well stocked. Cafe had loads of options and the food was lovely. The main wifi from the reception and shop had good signal when sat in and around the public buildings. I asked in my booking for a pitch as close as possible to toilet block/main buildings due to both adults having multiple disabilities and the lovely lady on reception managed to get us right on the end of the closest pitch she could which was a benefit for my little girl and our dog as they had a bit of extra space to wander and play without being close to a car path.

Unfortuantly for the start of our stay there was a wifi issue meaning the shop couldn't take payment, Eventually one of the shop staff found a hack to be able to sell the goods I had picked up. Unfortuantly we were unable to get WiFi at our tent after hundreds of attempts and asking a member of staff so we had to walk from the pitch to main building whenever we wanted wifi which was a slight annoyance (as we had no signal at all and both adults are emergency contacts for family and my SEN daughter relies on her tablet) but more so as both us adults have disabilities and walking even short distances is a struggle. Although they did get us as close as possible to toilet block/main buildings it was a little unfortuante that the closest pitch was still quite a distance especially at night. I'm not sure if there was a nest nearby or something that had attracted half of the wasps in the south west but unfortuantly us and other campers around had massive issues with wasps. They would be all over the outside of the tent and many came in and had to be shoed out. Now, i expect bugs and insects while camping, its a given, but at times we were litterally stuck in our tent because of the mass of them - i am also unaware if my daughter is alergic to stings and didnt want this trip to be when i found out and we were already aware that the dog is alergic. We kept the flaps down on the tent as much as possible to avoid this but with a young dog and a young child with SEND needs this wasn't as easy as it sounds. I did alert reception when I left as did others I believe.

Lovely flat pitch, lots of room for the children to play and green space. Nice little shop on site with very reasonable prices.

Very clean site and well run. Really close to brean beach and amusements. Diamond has a playground for the kids and offers entertainment on evenings as well. Would highly recommend

The brilliant staff were so helpful and friendly. The ensuite pod and fully serviced pitch was great and super sized! The site is clean, tidy and very well maintained. The Great Bird Screen of Brean was adjacent to our pitch and the English Coast Path was on our doorstep. There are two great cafés, one on site and one nearby.
