Lovely views. Good facilities& size of showers, power points in shower blocks for hair care. Cleanliness of all facilities and site. Good security on site. Cafe on site was good value, nicely cooked & well presented food. A 20 minute walk to the beach and two pubs serving food & some entertainment.Well located to travel to visit the notable sights in the area. Cant fault the site just their rules, prompt full refund when I was not permitted to use my electric campervan pitch as my camper they classed as a commercial van.

Shower water very hot not adjustable.

Being told I could not stay in my camper van as it has no windows although it has permanent fixtures of shower, with toilet, kitchen, sitting area, a fold down bed. It is a plain white, 2.65 metres high van, with all the usual standard campervan visible outer doors for the toilet cassette and gas cupboard, and water&toilet tank fill up doors. A quirky camper I admit, but visibly not a commercial van and insured for domestic and pleasure only.

We have stayed at two sites also booked with Pitch up, with no problems.

This was a shock after driving for six hours to get there I was asked to park my camper in a car park behind a cafe up the road which was secure. I had to then stay in a tent where my familIy were staying it was a struggle to cook meals & keep phones charged up as we had not come prepared for a total non electric tenting holiday. As a person of mature years, past tenting, hence why I bought a camper, this somwhat ruined my "holiday".

Lovely onsite cafe. Walk to the beach within 15 mins.

Lovely flat site with good access to walking routes. We walked the cycle path to Weston Super Mare which took about an hour . 20 minute walk to Brean where the teens enjoyed the fair and the arcades.
Friendliest receptionist ever - a real credit to the site.
Shower block was clean, spacious with lovely hot showers.
We did not use the cafe or shop but it looked well stocked and breakfast prices were reasonable.
Good play area for younger children.
Good location for anyone who is a bird watcher as the great bird screen of Brean is on the edge of the site.
Wifi was available but quite expensive. Mobile phone signal not great but we survived!

Checking in was fast and friendly. I love the fact that they show you to your pitch and show you what area is yours. (Saves any later disputes)

Toilet/shower block smelt clean and was physically clean all the time. Showers had hot water and the bin areas was really tidy.

Onsite shop had everything we required and more. Good prices too.

Cafe offered good food and some entertainment in the late afternoon.

Our kids loved the play park and also clean and tidy.

Maybe a good idea to have lids on tge bins around the site. Due to seagulls emptying them over the floor. (Not really a dislike just an observation/idea)
