Stayed here for second year running to attend Let’s Rock Shrewsbury event. Very happy with site location and cost for the event. Will definitely use again if attending the event next year.

Having to queue for the showers but as the weather was great this year it wasn’t really an issue.

Central and easy to explore Shrewsbury on foot.
Very welcoming.

Pitches not very well organised - felt a bit haphazard and our electric hook up was too far away to actually use.
Quite busy and noisy with other things going on.
Not restful at all.
Wouldn’t like to stay here on my own as a sole female.

Such a warm welcome. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Our son and daughter in law sadly missed the first night due to illness, but we were kindly allowed to stay an extra night so they could have the much needed 2 days they desperately needed to recoup.
The site is very big, with the river on one side and a nice slow 20 minute walk to the town along a footpath and the river. Shrewsbury is a wonderful market town full of great shops and history.
The showers and toilets were great and there is a washing up place if needed.
We had fresh milk shakes from the little room with the vending machine in, on the site. delicious.
There was a fab car boot on Saturday morning and we met some really friendly people.
We came while the fun fare and county show was on.
We will definitely come back and recommend our few days here.

The state of the toilets although the mobile unit which had been brought in with 4 toilets/showers were good even if on 3 of the 4 were in service

Very friendly meet and greet by the staff. Lots of space and options of where to put our campervan. Loved our stay. Shrewsbury a short walk away.

The bar, the weather😆😆 the staff were very helpful, plenty of space for the the tent and other stuff and not to close to the next tent

Showers very hot with no temperature control

Let’s put it this way I’m glad I was in a motorhome 😂😂 look, it is what it is and we only use it because of the location, toilets functional, new portable shower blocks but lots of people waiting for a shower from early on so never bothered. I must stay the staff are the friendliest I have ever come across, a lovely warm welcome

Extremely convenient for Shrewsbury centre. Lovely walk along the River Severn. Great site for all ages. Very friendly staff and efficient way of directing you to your pitch. Lots of water stands available. Pitches nice and flat.

Only negative comment is that the toilet facilities really need upgrading.

Friendly staff, level, large pitch space. Grass short.good value on electric hook up.
