Clean site with good amenities.
Showers and washing facilities good.
Hot water went down in Showers one night but problem was promptly fixed the following day so good service.

Nothing really but Montys Bar could have stayed open later rather than closing at 8.00pm.

The site is every campers dream.
Toilet shower blocks especially the new block was amazing.
The bar area is just the ticket.
The food vans are a great idea each night there's a different one my favourite was the pizza lol.
The workforce do an amazing job day in day out.
The pitches are the best I've seen for all the years we have been camping the astro turf is a brilliant idea. We pitched in the Warren field and was not disappointed apart from see below but it didn't spoil our holiday. We met alot of lovely fellow campers too.

Wifi signal needs addressing in Warren field.
A water supply needs installing in Warren field too.

We have just done a 7 night stay here for the first time. We’ve done a lot of traveling round the UK with the caravan and we can honestly say this site is the best site we've ever stayed at. It was so clean, the staff were super and genuinely friendly right from the great welcome from Sam on our arrival. The pitches were a good size, well laid out as were the showers and toilets. The food vans were a real bonus and the bar and shop were well stocked and fabulous. Everything was accessible and well manicured. Top class campsite everything was simply perfect! Even down to the great woodland dog walk

Would highly recommend this site and have already done so to friends.
Keep up the good work, can’t wait to come back.

Nothing to dislike

Perfect location for exploring the New Forest. Easy check-in will information pack telling you all you need to know. Site is very well kept and the facilities are pristine. Perfect site if you have dogs as there are a couple of lovely woodland walks and walks by the lakes.
Not much to walk to nearby but there is a bus stop at the end of the entrance drive.
Shops/supermarket within 10mins drive.
Montys bar is a nice touch and the daily food vans too!
Would recommend this site.

Wifi bit patchy but didn't bother us at all.

Lovely big pitches all immaculate and a hedge in between for a bit of privacy.Shower rooms very good nice shop and bar.Different food vans every night.Staff a friendly and helpful.Lovely walks and very dog friendly.

Perfect 18 plus site, we stayed at wild camping site. Great facilities, well maintained, friendly and efficient staff. Couldn't ask for more. Plenty of nature all around. Food vans were great.

Not the site. Other campers, we are non smokers and not dog owners. First 3 days were great with other campers on the site being quiet and respectful, then 3 young couples arrived, smoking, with it being blown into our tent, they were very noisy when drunk, music and lots of swearing.
I appreciate parts of the site are dog friendly but the number taken to the bar forced us to move, I dont want to be licked or touched by dogs. Why do people take dogs into toilets.
This will not stop us returning.

Friendly, helpful staff with a wholesome attitude. Fantastic facilities, especially the units near the reception area, which were brilliant. The site was clean, well cared for and well laid out. The grounds surrounding the site were an additional bonus. A lovely place to stay.

Quiet natural site with woodland surround to walk our puppy in.
Huge pitch lots of privacy
Excellent clean facilities including a hairdryer in ladies and freezer for your ice blocks.
Very friendly and helpful.
Love that a different food vendor comes in evening so no need to cook if don't want to.
Montys bar was perfect and reasonable price.
Close to so many attractions but peace and tranquility on return..perfect. will definitely return

Friendly welcome by Kate on arrival and given all the information we needed for our stay; Kate also bid us farewell on our departure. Staff managed to strike the right balance between being available if needed, but did not interfere with our stay.
Good clean facilities and always plenty of hot-water!
Stayed in Emma's Glade, super generous sized tent pitches, nice and peaceful.
(You will hear the local wildlife at night)!
Pitch and putt course is an absolute steal, and it's for charity too!
Daily visits from local takeaway vans - yes we love a BBQ but treated ourselves to the Taste of Thai takeaway on a Thursday night. Generous portions, great taste, and good value for money. Handy to have Monty's Bar on-site too.

Only if we were being really picky!

There were a couple of very minor maintenance issues e.g. the coat hooks in the ladies bathroom fell down a couple of times, and a spot-light in the gents needed replacing.

There is minimal traffic noise from a nearby busy road.
