Was the most relaxing peaceful stay, the host went above and beyond making sure you have everything you need including breakfast ,
Tabitha (cat) and Ted (dog) made our stay although I could have seriously brought Ted home

Such a lovely stay. I couldn't fault this at all. Easy to follow instructions on how to get there sent to you by the host. It's in then sticks a little but it's perfect for star watching and just being in nature. The host has put together a very helpful guide of surrounding walks and places of interest as well as a how to guide on the shepherd's hut. Breakfast items, tea, coffee pretty much everything and the kitchen sink,provided for you. Even down to toiletry stuff. Limited to no phone signal so really good if you want to disconnect and just be with nature. There is a very friendly cat and some chickens which were lovely additions to the hut. Everything was really clean. Very well decorated. I loved the homey feel of the whole place. It is backed onto the hosts house but it's so well structured that you wouldn't even notice. Beautiful setting ambient fairy lights and a hot tub made for a great escape into the woods holiday. I loved this shepherd's hut as a short stay holiday. Will definitely be back.

Excellent hut. clean, tidy, very welcoming - very thoughtful touches and additional treats left. Well equipped with basics and additional luxury touches. Great BBQ and hot-tub, and fire pit too. Everything we needed for our short visit, but further supplies available if needed which was great.
Breakfast supplies were provided and a range of toiletries too, robes and towels for hot tub, candles. binoculars and a great bird book, maps, games for wet days, radio.
Outlook onto woodlands, very private and lots of wildlife - birds, deer, dragonflies etc, private and secluded. Owners had great communication but left us to enjoy the seclusion.
A real get-away-from-it-all, so peaceful and quiet, great place to just 'be' and let the the stresses ebb away.
Had a visit from the cat and the dog which was lovely.
Easy to get to, great directions sent ahead of the visit, not far off A30

Everything, a perfect restful treat, Hut and facilities were great, everything you need and more, lovely Gluten Free breakfast pack and extra treats.
Loved watching and listening to the birds and watching the deer, visits from Tabitha the cat. Hot tub was lovely

Nothing to dislike. Was left to our own devices the whole stay. Well equipped with everything we needed. Hosts were only a doorbell or call away if anything was required. All information to hand. Perfect chilled and beautiful location, unfortunately the weather was against us to appreciate it fully

The weather putting a dampner on things so didn't explore as much as we'd liked

Lovely rural place where you can seat out and watch and listen birds. A hut is nice and clean with full equipment. We were feeling like in 5 stars hotel.

Site was peaceful and quiet. Everything you needed was provided in the hut, plus complimentary extras was a great touch. Loved the log fire, hut was cosy and warm. Hot tub was great and relaxing. On a clear night, would be lovely to see the stars.
