Lovely scenery and really helpful and friendly staff. Bob the doorman was like our own personal tour guide who was full of information about the area. Bar staff and food servers were great. Thanks for a great time. Lots of facilities. Nice and clean.

Pitch sloped, pool bookings had to be done via app and signal was poor so could only be booked using wifi at club house. No hot water by mid morning to wash.

My boys love swimming, so use of the swimming pool was one of the main reasons we chose to stay at the park. We found out once we got there we had to book a swimming slot each day which lasted just one hour so although they enjoyed their time in the pool, wished it could have been open for longer sessions.
The showers in the shower block were hot and powerful just a shame about the cleanliness.

Our summer holiday wss booked for a week. When we arrived we were allocated a pitch in finch field and we're told to park with two wheels on the road and the other two in the mud only trouble was other cars then couldn't get past the parked cars and would get stuck in the mud and cause dirt to be sprayed all over the tents when trying to get out. Unfortunately the ground wasn't level at all probably a 25 degree slope and was completely waterlogged due to the rain which obviously isn't the parks fault and the grass was long, unlike the grass around the carefully cultivated caravans. The entertainment was ok to be fair not especially for our taste but was ok. The food was expensive for what you get, not very large portions but tasted nice. Also the drinks were expensive. Especially the soft drinks and slushies which while on the point were highly coloured but very little flavour.
The two toilet/shower blocks were placed next to each other in the middle of the park but was quite away from the finch field so needed to walk over two fields to get to them. They were cleaned daily but not to any type of standard that was acceptable. There was toothpaste smeared over the counter when we first arrived and was still there when we left 6 days later. The washing up area was clean but the water pressure was absolutely abysmal sometimes literally a tiny trickle of water which was like warm at best. this meant having to save your washing up until last at night just so you could get some hot water.
We booked to stay for a week but after 4 days making do with the wet conditions we were suddenly surrounded by 6 other tents. There was no reasonable explanation of why they were allocated those pitches as the field was relatively open until that point so we were all crammed into the same but of field instead of spacing us out. The tents with young children were kept awake by the roudy and very noisy drinking, swearing and music. After two nights of very little sleep I complained to the main reception and she was obviously very used to complains about noise and basically told me if I didn't like it we didn't need to stay which I found not only increadably insulting but also very rude. We packed up on day 6 and as we handed our cards into reception she just said "Well it's your choice if you want to leave early" we wasn't impressed.

Reasonably good location. 20 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of space for a tent on individual pitches.

Very large busy campsite so a lot of noise in the evening. Ground very muddy after the rain. All of the pitches without an electric hook up are on a significant incline.

The views are great

Sloped camping pitches, dirty toilet/shower blocks. Grubby pool area

The Stripey’s they were excellent and the kids loved the disco and games /meeting Foxy ! Nice friendly site and good swimming /club house.

The walk to the toilets /shower block and being on a slope made parking /pitching a bit tricky as very wet boggy

The club house the stripy were brilliant the kids love them and the characters the facilities were brilliant and clean

There wasn’t many staff around when I had problems with the washing machine and tumble dryer

Location is good for beaches and only a short drive from Bude. Campsite warden Ben very friendly and helpful. Spacious pitches and clean shower/toilet facilities.

Most pitches on steep hills. Quite a noisy campsite. Security guards patrol the site in a van until late evening and considering most pitches have a road next to them, it’s noisy too.

Great location and campsite, my girls loves the club house and easy distance to the beach. Facilities very well managed and cleaned and staff are a pleasure!!

Restaurant tables outside weren’t cleaned which was off putting in first arrival.
