Non mi è piaciuto: Pool was closed for our last week but they did offer zorbing on one day. The pitches are sloped. Ours wasn't that bad but we did have to get extra bricks and blocks of wood to try have level caravan and tables. The blow up bed stood no chance and there was sliding happening during the night. The showers were hit and miss. Sometimes no water pressure, sometimes the grossest things down the drain behind.... but also sometimes ok. Always wear shower shoes!
Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. due to the location of Widemouth there is very little that can be done to level out the pitches, this is why we felt it was important to list the park on Pitch Up as situated in a hilly location. Regrettably the park did discover a maintenance issue with the pool which resulted in this facility having to be withdrawn temporarily. Unfortunately the boiler failed and required a new boiler to be ordered and installed. The team worked tirelessly to have this delivered and installed as soon as possible, however this did take some time and the team did then have to wait for the pool to be of a safe temperature to reopen so we are really sorry this caused disappointment. While we always try to avoid this, we do always try our best to ensure this is for as limited a time as possible as we appreciate how disappointing this can be. We do hope you were able to enjoy your stay despite this and we hope to see you again in the future. Best wishes, John Fowler Holidays
