The site itself was well maintained and clean. Bins regularly emptied (placed all around the site) lovely views all around.
All staff were friendly.
Value for money.

Would recommend only a short stay in a tent, we did 7 days, and with the hill becoming a hinderence having to keep pushing beds back up the hill daily and sorting the bedding.

Not level pitch- Pitching a tent on a hill (can't be helped with a slight hill) but there were other places that could have been better for tents.
Wifi said to be free- but it's not they charge a rate
Everything is extra (iron, fresh linen, launderette etc) which I thought was wrong when you pay to stay (you literally only pay for your pitch)
Kids club is more for toddlers (which you have to book and pay for some), there wasn't anything on for our children aged 7 and 10
Arcades-on site but not many machines, some not even working. Could do with more 2p machines as they are loved by kids.
You had to book a day before for the pool on site, we didn't go as we went off site and didn't want to be on a time scale (That's just our preference)
For us, this would be a stay for a couple of days not 7.

Hilly pitches and not advised.

Poor shower facilities.

Shop was burgled during our stay so we didn’t feel safe and left early.

Passed another caravan coming out and got stuck creating a lot of traffic.

The entertainment was fab, the kids absolutely loved it. The food in the restaurant was nice too and reasonably priced. The views from the campsite were lovely and the showers and toilets were clean, worked well and seem well maintained. Only a 15/20 minute walk to the gorgeous beaches

The pool was very cold, couldn't see anywhere for washing up dishes etc. Pitches are very sloped so we did keep rolling around the room but it did leave an element of surprise on where you'd wake up in the morning 😅

Location was excellent, only a few minutes’ drive from Bude. Gorgeous walks, including the Woodland Walk, on your doorstep.
Large site, felt spacious. A plentiful supply of amenities, never had to wait for a shower etc. All kept clean.
Clubhouse and entertainment was well thought out.

Nothing to dislike. All I would say is that the site set on a hill and so be prepared for a steady ascent and descent to reach the clubhouse, shop etc.

All around facilities were good. Very nice family feel to the place.

We disliked the pitch as we were on a hill. The toilets were unkept, the kind where you wipe your feet on the way out.

Unkept pitches with nettles, dirty toilets, disgusting cigarette but outside area at so called club house , pot holed site roads, showers not cleaned and noisy campers

The pitches were on top of the hill and sloped. Very exposed.

The one shower block was old and tired. The newer one really needed a good scrub and bleach at the bottom of the panels. The toilets were kept clean and tidy all the time, just needed a deep clean.

For camping on an unmarked grass sloping pitch it was really expensive.

The location is great, lots of nice beaches and places to explore. Facilities were very good and the site was overall very clean. The events team were fantastic and really got to know the kids. There was daytime and evening entertainment for the kids.

Not really a dislike but it is very hilly and you will struggle to level the van without chocks under the wheel.

The food was good, plenty of toilets and showers

Entertainment was way to loud , swimming pool was pretty dirty
