We only stopped 3 nights on our tour but the washrooms and pot wash were very clean central based for poolybridge and the aria force waterfall both very good for walking

Lovely rural site in the heart of the Lake District. A level and fully serviced large hard standing pitch with a good grass area to the rear. Plenty of space for our VW van, drive away awning and little storage tent. Looked like the toilet and show areas had recently been refurbished and they were clean and conveniently located to the touring area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked shop on site as well as nice cafe and bar. Even though our stay was during the summer holidays (lots of families) the site was nice and quiet. Plenty of Lakeland things to see and do locally without the need to get in your car or van. Good local bus service runs up and down the lake valley, the bus stop for which is 15-20 mins walk (a bit of a walk up the hill when returning). Lovely spot and well worth a return visit.

A brilliant camping experience, the grass is hard enough and there is no mud even if it rains

Play park good for kids, lots of space for them to run around, lots of other families there, facilities were clean and close, only 10 mins drive from pooley bridge where we could do water sports and places to eat.

The whole camp was lovely full of nice family's and children . Everyone pleasant and my kids had a great time and made friends while there .

The park for the kids was great kept them entertained while the parents relaxed :)

There were plenty of toilets/showers dotted around the site.

The bar was shut during my stay.

Good size fully serviced pitch, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return if in this area again.

Great site with tons of space, good park for younger children. Plenty of shower facilities. Staff are lovely and very friendly.

Great fish and chip shop on site, well recommended.
