Fantastic holiday park! So well kept, clean and perfect grass! Beautiful view over Ullswater and great spot to view the jets flying past! Lovely park for the children with loads to do. Space to play in the centre, we loved frisbee play each evening there

Location was perfect for north lakes and we opted to camp in a non-electric pitch in the farthest field with the most AMAZING view of the valley - a perfect spot for a morning cuppa! This area was much quieter than the main area nearer reception where a lot of families were camping or in the little huts with small children. We liked the quiet of the area we chose. Washing facilities were clean and the shower was always a good temp (absolute bonus!)
Staff at reception were friendly and the little shop was handy. Also a fish and chip shop on site which came in useful one evening. Play park for kids was great and even my teenagers enjoyed it.
If you have young kid then the place is ideal as there's plenty of other little kids around too but if you have older kids or want a bit of peace head to the non electric camping areas. Everything was quiet by 11pm anyway so all good. Will defo be back!

Amazing place!! Clean toilets, showers, campsite itself was spotless, lots of cleaning done during the day, have nothing to complain of. Beatiful site , lots of trees, well mentained pitches, grass, plenty of space, we do recomend it and we will definetely come back.

Perfect for kids plenty on, great location and facilities are really good

Couldn’t take a beer from the bar to camp, kid was in the park playing and didn’t want to leave them even when I asked if I could have it in a plastic cup I was providing. Simple reason I was drinking in plastic cups by my tent so was no difference to that.

Close to nice walks and lake. Specious pitch.

Can't have campfire.
