Peaceful, the guy on reception is friendly and did sort the WiFi eventually.

Soon after we arrived the reception closed, the WiFi didn’t work and we had no phone signal.
After speaking with other people, they said it happened every night.
After I’d spoken to reception once it opened the next day they reset the WiFi and it worked.
Toilets need cleaning regularly

Lack of strong mobile Internet connection

This our 3rd visit as we love the location by the river.
Staff are really friendly and helpful and the amenities are really clean and well kept even when the site is full.
The site is well maintained and clean.
We will be back again we're sure.

Great site, lovely location, clean bathrooms and toilets. We went for a late swim in the stream with a two minute walk back to the fire..

Lovely site, great location. Riverside pitches. Showers and toilets were good and always clean. Quick drive into Bala with several decent places to eat.

The owners let us move to a better newer pitch & they were very pleasant people.

Due to the size of the campsite and amount of people camping the toilet / shower facilities are not adequate, they were only clean early morning before everyone woke up.
