The showers where disgusting dirty and toilets we couldn’t use Poor staffing levels Plus the prices where unreal Nisa shop. Nearly £3.00 for a loaf The bar was even worse 2 pints £15

The kids enjoyed some of the kids activities. The kids disco, the arcades and the play park.

It was complicated from the start. Myself and my partner were working late and the rest of our party were arriving earlier but with our caravan. They got to reception and were refused access to the pitch as I wasn’t there. I had responded to their text that morning highlighting this but that wasn’t good enough. It started our stay on the wrong foot. Everything seemed to be difficult from then on. Make sure you take passes everywhere you go, as security seems to be more interested in them than the front gate. No one stops you as you drive on to the site.
The toilet facilities on the touring site needs a little more attention. It slightly puts you off when you walk over and one of the cleaning team is wrenching out the door due to the state of them.
Due to location (and probably the quantity of people and rubbish) there was a big problem with sea gulls, which at this time of the year they have babies so are slightly more difficult. There were quite a few people that left rubbish bags outside to later find it thrown all over the park.

We've stayed here a few times. Find it good value for money. Easy walking distance to fair. Good, pub, arcade and park.

It was peaceful (non school holidays) the pitch was flat and the site was clean.
Reception staff welcoming and we were met at pitch by another member of staff Dave who was helpful and knowledgeable. Proximity to public transport was great.

Shower cubicles are small and you have to get into the shower to turn it on and adjust temp. If too hot then have to put hand through hot water to adjust. The floors were very wet and because the grass was cut there was mud and grass all over the floor. If a squidgy mop was provided then it could be wiped down after use which would then keep it cleaner and tidier. It would be easier to get dressed after shower without clothes getting dragged in wet floors.

Directions to get to the beach would have been helpful it took us a while to find our way.

Plenty to do on site and location excellent, bus directly outside park to visit along the coastline.

200 pitches with only 1 toilet / shower block which meant the cleaners who were fantastic and friendly struggled to keep clean.

Lovely clean, well maintained site with excellent facilities and great family entertainment if you want it.
