Well I am disappointed to read this review about us not being the best owners obviously this is only your opinion and as there is no context to your review I can't comment but feel it is a personal attack if you had any issue over all 3 days of your stay it would of been nice to be told as we may of been able to resolve if we were made aware.
We all at Twelve Oaks try our best for guests but for some it's just not enough.
My mother brought me up to live and let live and if you have nothing nice to say say nothing at all.
No one knows what's happening in other peoples lives so just be kind.
We hope you find the right site for you in your next camping adventure.

Thank you for your review pleased you enjoyed your visit the wifi is a bone of contention not all need it and dosen't seem fair for everyone to have it put on the pitch price which our suppliers suggested.

Fantastic on-site takeaway, which did Roast beef dinner on Sundays. Also do very nice pizzas. Open every day for breakfast and the evenings. The site is in good location, close to shops and local attractions. The shower block was very clean and tidy.
Non mi è piaciuto: The roundabout near Reception that you have to go around to get to the fully serviced pitches is a bit tight. You have to make sure you give it a wide berth. Especially with the caravan on the back. Would have also been nice if the takeaway could serve beer/cider.
