Site is well located to visit the Devon coast. Teignmouth a beautiful coastal village with great beaches. The site its self is well maintained family friendly with a lovely pool . 2nd time here and we will definitely be back

Gate locked at 8-8.30 so need to pay deposit for key, which is ok but need to plan in advance so you know to get key if going to be out later.
Our pitch was a bit gravely and our plastic pegs were not good, luckily we had metal pegs and a good strong mallet.

Loved the shower/toilets can see why it wins so many awards. Curry night was brilliant

Slopping pitch could not level van but this is quite petty but was the only fault I could find

What a wonderful experience!! I’ve been camping throughout my childhood and I wanted my son to grow up with the memories I did and boy did he! Aside my cheap tent purchase which resulted in a slight tent flood ( all part of the experience) we had a fantastic time. My son was off playing all day making friends and memories, the kids play area and play barn were amazing and I felt safe and comfortable with my son having a free reign without worrying where he was. There were go karts scattered around which he throughly enjoyed. BBQ in the barn on Friday evening was wonderful and really was a nice experience. Fresh croissants in the morning were a dream come true plus the breakfast butties on a Sunday morning . Guy and Maria were the perfect hosts always happy to chat and recommend local places in the area and couldn’t have been more accommodating . I wanted to extend my stay a few nights and they were able to do this without a hitch. Nothing was too much trouble even when my car battery died and Guy come along with his son and battery pack

There’s fridges in the barn & we’re able to charge devices in the house.
The toilets where cleaned daily and always stocked up with loo roll and hand cleanser .
Showers where lovely and hot
Washing up room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
We had a fire pit and roasted marshmallows each evening . It really made the camping experience.
I went camping as a single parent with just my son and honestly was so so happy and grateful for the hospitable experience. We will definitely return !!
We visited Southwold for crabbing , the local museum in Halesworth, Framlington castle, Norwich and Suffolk aviation museum and beccles carnival .

Everything! Amazing staff ( very friendly and helpful! ) , the toilets are so clean that u can basically eat there lol . All site is very well looked after . And the swimming pool also is amazing!

There was nothing what so ever that I could complain about!

Nice level pitches with plenty of room. The pitches were well laid out. Nice paved path to the toilet block. Lighting around the park at night time. The toilet blocks were very clean. I saw cleaners in there several times during the day. Music played in the shower blocks and washing up area which was nice. There is a field kitchen ( believe it is only available in the summer season). We only bought chips which were really nice, the food on offer looked delicious.
There is a lovely clean and well maintained heated outdoor pool which my kids loved. It’s situated well for exploring the area.
There is a small shop on site which is reasonably priced. They also sell their own meat from the farm which is reasonably priced too. We bought some beef and it was absolutely amazing.

Not a criticism but it would be nice if they were able to offer alcoholic drinks in the seating area next to the field kitchen. It would have been nice to sit there and have a drink in the evening.

Great site run by a lovely family who went above and beyond to help out. Happy family atmosphere, good facilities and handy field kitchen. We celebrated a birthday with delicious Twelve Oaks Farm steaks and field kitchen chips, yummy! Recommended for families of all ages.

Lovely clean well kept site toilet/shower facilities were first class hot bread and pasties were excellent

To far to walk to a pub needs a bar lol £3.50 PER NIGHT FOR EACH DOG IS A BIT STEEP AS NOT MUCH IS PROVIDED FOR THEM

Large pitch, plenty of space. Toilet and shower facilities were immaculate. Swimming pool was a bonus and open 8 til 8. Shop onsite and had its own field kitchen open for breakfast options and evening meals. Didn’t make use of this but may have if we we’d stayed longer.

Couldn’t seem to pick up the wifi. Didn’t speaks to reception as wasn’t that bothered.
