For larger vehicles and caravans it’s just easier to dump ur van on the camp ground and walk up to book in. The car park was very busy due to the farm.

The fun farm was brilliant - totally filled the day with things to do for a small extra cost (£18 for a family of 4). There was soft play included, an outdoor playground and lots of animals to see/pet. We paid an additional £10 for a country park safari ride, and it was so worth it to see so much wildlife! Staff were all really lovely too - so friendly and helpful (thank you!).
Non mi è piaciuto: Not a dislike as such, but more of a heads up: if you’re not booking onto the fun farm, there’s very little else to do within the vicinity. We walked to the nearest pub, but once it got dark it was too dangerous to walk along the road (cars were fast and no lighting or pavement), so we had to walk through the fields which just wasn’t ideal.

Thank you so much for your lovely review David – we’re so glad the kids had a fantastic time feeding the lambs and calves, and that you enjoyed the hot showers and tasty food at the Diner! It’s always lovely to hear when little ones are already asking to come back.
When camping with us, visiting the farm park is totally optional – it’s just an extra activity you can enjoy if you’d like, and campers receive 50% off entry! We can also recommend local pubs for evening food including The Punch Bowl which is within walking distance, should you visit us again.
We hope you'll consider visiting again and perhaps during one of our upcoming events so there is something new for the kids to enjoy at the farm park. We currently have our EGGVenture Easter event on and Dino Live coming up in May which is always a hit!
