Was a lot of open space for the kids to play. The farm on site was lovely and plenty to do for all my boys ages 2,6 and 13. The food was also lovely in the play area. Would definitely return.
Non mi è piaciuto: My only down side was the price of the farm and play area. As it is literally where you camp and when you have a very challenging 6 year old that wants to go play in the play area and on the outdoor park all the time it’s hard to explain that yes the park is right there but you have to pay for the farm to go play on it. We did pay twice to go on the farm but once we went back to the tent after the farm closed my child was still wanting to play on the outdoor park which wasn’t accessible and had signs stating you’d be asked to leave if anyone was seen on it. I know it’s not a major issue at all, it just would be lovely if the outdoor park was accessible until later on and open especially on the light summer nights.

As for the play park, thank you for the suggestion. It's great to hear that families are interested in using it during quieter times. However, as it’s part of the farm park (which closes at 4:30pm), we do have to consider safety and supervision, especially as there are no staff present after hours. We also want to be fair to day visitors who pay for access. That said, we’ll definitely take your feedback on board as we review how we operate in future.

We do provide water for the vans by the toilet blocks, however these are not directly on the pitches.
We have a limited number of night time events, which has music and traffic until late at night. These are stated upon booking in our Terms and Conditions to make campers are aware, but we are sorry to hear that this affected your stay.

Only a small outdoor, uncovered washing up area
We had no electricity for a couple of hours and nothing was communicated to us.
They say no noise after 8pm however they had an event on in the secret garden which was very loud until 11pm.

Whilst I appreciate the park is a part of the farm facility, it would be great if the campsite users could access this as a part of their stay when the farm is closed at least ie 5pm onwards. Children being able to see it and not play on it when campers are cooking dinner etc is :(

Regarding your feedback on the dog policy, we completely understand how this might have been a bit limiting. Our main priority is the safety of our farm animals, which is why we ask that dogs remain only on the camping pitches and not in other shared areas. We appreciate your understanding on this.
