It's a burger and chicken wing sort of place. The food was good and the portions were good but in my opinion, a little overpriced for what it was. Facilities were ok. It's surrounded by field and a nice site to be on. We did a Saturday to Tuesday stay, and by Sunday lunch time had the whole site to ourselves. I'm not sure how this site would have felt had it have been busy with the pitch layout/size. The WiFi connection was very good and we had no trouble streaming shows. There are a good handful of places to visit not far away from the site, so it's in a good position if you want to go out and visit places around.

I'm not sure if it was a recent or ongoing issue but there were mole hikks on lots of the pitches, obviously making for a bumpy camping experience. It's a shame because the pitches all seemed to be on flat ground. The road running by the campsite is really busy with alot of large vehicles traveling along it. Made it noisier than we would have liked but not unbearable.
