Our stay was delightful. The accommodation was a hostel with basic format but having well maintained facilities for showering and cooking, a helpful warden, a respectful atmosphere between guests and some touches of delightful forethought. This was my 8 year old daughter's first experience of sleeping in a hostel so the extra blanket and hot water bottle (with jacket) available were lovely for her. The facility has obviously been kept with care by a team keen to promote the esthetics of access to nature particulalry through walking or cycling by providing a peaceful, practical rest place.

Extremely good bunkhouse with all the amenities you could ever need. I especially liked the kitchen. Very good value for money. The people that run it really care about camping and it shows, as they've thought about everything.
