Stayed in the Estuary View shepherds hut. A small hut with a kingside bed! They even managed to fit a small sofa, shelving unit (with hangers), tv, hair dryer and fan in there! There is then a separate side unit with a kitchen and toilet/shower. Kitchen comes complete with all crockery, utensils and cooking equipment. Literally everything you need! They even left us milk, butter, wine and cream in the fridge! Along with some scones, jam and fresh flowers! Toilet and shower were equipped with soap, shampoos, toilet roll. A mini hotel!
Plenty of beaches, shops, pubs and activities just a short drive away!

Found that spiders liked the stay as much as us! But of course that can’t be helped!

Exceptionally clean and bathrooms. The vanity room with hair dryers and products was a lovely addition and meant had less to pack knowing facilities were available. The cow shed provided a nice little space to watch TV. Honesty shop was also very handy to pick up those little bits needed without having to go off site.

We love Parkland. It’s not the cheapest but you do get what you pay for!
James and Tracey are brilliant. The facilities are spotless and we particularly love the shop, they have everything you could possibly want or need!
Kingsbridge is within walking distance or a bus ride away via the stop right outside the site. The same bus goes to Salcombe too, so plenty to explore right on the doorstep.

I liked everything about this site. The wooden fences and flower borders between each pitch made it so private and the bathrooms were individual which I personally found it to be much more to my liking as well as extremely clean. The shop was very well stocked, it had everything you needed, even more than my village shop where I live. The check in was easy and we were given clear instructions on facilities and shown to our pitch. I would recommend this site to stay for any of my friends and family

The campsite was very clean and well kept, gardening/landscaping was fantastic. The amenities were modern, clean every day. We stayed on a deluxe pitch and it was well worth it, such a clever idea.

The onsite shop was well stocked and really useful.

All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful.

Great location for exploring south Devon.
