We loved the friendly welcome, the size of our pitch was amazing enough room to park our car, pitch the tent and shelter plus plenty of room for our 2 dogs to be able to play while tethered. The view was stunning 1 of the best on site. The facilities are very clean and tidy and they provide an outside dog shower too. As it is a small site it was very peaceful and everyone respected the quiet hours, except the donkeys and sheep 😉. There is a lovely woodland walk if your looking for a nice evening stroll. Alround it is a beautiful peaceful place and we will definitely book again.

Great view from the site to enjoy your meal or just sit and watch. Picnic table at every pitch and facilities well looked after.

How quiet and peaceful the site is. It has been well designed to make the most of the amazing views. The site wardens are friendly and super helpful!

Everything what’s not to like? The scenery wow. Got a day free as stated on the website.

Non to be fair cottage is a bit dated and can do with new carpets but trust me after you settle in you won’t even see it.

Loved our 2 night stay at Parkgate in the 'Esk' glamping pod for our Daughters 30th. The grounds were very well maintained and had lots of facilities. The pod was immaculate and had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The wardens were warm and friendly and were only a phone call away if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend it.

The postcode entered into the Sat nav said we'd arrived at the Farm but we were still 2 mins drive away!
The position of the road sign wasn't very visible when travelling from the direction of Eskdale (Bower House Inn) to the site.

Great Site. Staff amazing. Views were stunning. Facilities were spotless.
Even had a low level fly by.
Would definitely return 👍
