We've stayed on this site many times. It's beautiful! You have all you need at hand. The toilets are always clean. Showers are hot and the noise after dark is always kept to a minimum. Staff are always friendly and are happy to help if a problem arises

Toilet facility could be cleaner and smelling nicer. Don’t know if there was a leak but always smelt urine in ladies toilets

Amazing site had everything we needed to shower block toilet block and pot washing station really quiet and pleasing sight I've booked again for 4 weeks time very happy with this site friendly staff also

We stayed in one of the two Pods on site. They were located in own little area with the another one, which was great as felt like our own private area. There were rabbits running around which the kids loved. All of the staff were brilliant and friendly nothing was to much to help out. We paid only £25 for one night stay on Sunday night when England football final was one, the club had lots of seating and TVs to watch the game. We found the toilets and whole site very clean. The beach is only 15 min walk away so not far for even a 4 year old to tackle the walk. There is an arcade and parks for kids to keep them happy and busy

There are not shelves in the pod and I bring some chairs to sit on as we are not campers

The location of this site is good. Not too far from Skegness centre. The grounds are kept beautifully. Great access to local bus service.

Unfortunately the shower and toilet block is very tired and in need of a substantial upgrade. I'm much too old for cold showers. The cleaners did there best to keep the place clean, but we're battling against facilities that clearly need a lot of tlc.

Not the first time here, it's not far from the town or beach, everywhere is walking distance. Quite clean and the service is nice.
