Lovely location to skegness/ Ingoldmells

Toilets floor was always wet. Don't know if fans aren't working but been before and had no problem before

The shower and toilet area needs attention. A toilet was running most of the time in womens block. My husband also, reported this happening in the men's block. Floors in both block seemed very wet. Having said that they did seem clean and staff tried to correct running toilets .

Loved this site great pitches ,lovely pub on site good prices not ripp off as well.great chippy walking distance.

Proximity to beach and Skegness

£5 electric included ran out in the middle of the night, woke up freezing cold.
Went for shower at 10am no water for shower or to flush toilets. No notices to this effect. No staff around site.
Checked out 10.50 receptionist very off hand. No apology. Just ‘did you have your heating on?’ Yes. ‘Oh it’s not enough electricity for that’. We’ve never had a problem before and stayed several times at different times of year.
Also she said ‘water was off, didn’t find out before 8.30 as no staff before then’ No apology, no recompense for inconvenience or failure to supply services we’ve paid for. No notice put up in toilets so was undressed for shower before realised couldn’t actually shower! Shockingly bad. Very disappointed.
Also very inconvenient electricity card cannot be topped up except at reception which is shut from 5 ie when you might need it.

The site was great & the pitch easy to find right next to the shower block which we requested. The staff are friendly & the restaurant onsite was warm & welcoming.

Large level pitches. Very good, clean toilet/shower block, although it was a bit chilly (we did pick the coldest couple of days of the year though) It was obviously out of season so park was very quiet but clubhouse was warm and welcoming. Ten minute walk to town. Will definitely return

We have stayed at North Shore touring several times over the past 2 years. The location is ideal for Skegness sea front, you can walk it in 15-20 minutes. This is the closest site in the area. The fully serviced touring pitches are well spaced out with water supply and drainage which is a bonus. The Sea View Fisheries which is just a short walk away down Sea View Road serves fantastic fish & chips and our grandsons love the large battered sausage & chips, you can eat in or take back to your tourer.

Now, these 2 aspects let the park down, firstly there are too many dog owners that simply walk around and between the pitches allowing their dog(s) to fowl on the actual pitch, which is okay for them as it is not their pitch, there is a dedicated exercise area for your dog walking, the grass pitches (which were empty) were being used as a dog toilet a lot, which is not acceptable as someone at some point will be pitching their tent there. WE used to own 3 dogs when we were younger and would never do this to other campers. Secondly, there is a strange smell in the shower blocks which has been mentioned by many guests, this could easily be resolved with bleach or disinfectant. Stay at Skegness Sands further up Roman Bank and you will see a big difference in the cleanliness standards of their shower blocks, this site charges more per night, but well worth it.
