The site is located within a 10 minute walk to Skegness sea front. There is a bus stop right outside the gates to get to ingoldmels, mablethorpe or further into Skegness. The site has a Spar shop, as well as a club house which has food and other things to do. Easy to sign in at reception and plenty of toilets and showers for the touring caravans. Entry into these is via a key card which helps to feel safe. All in all a great site which is near everything and has lots to keep kids entertained.

Not a dislike but the Facilities good do with a deep clean. Specifically the actual shower unit shelves as there was some mould but to add the facilities were cleaned at least twice a day.

Clean toilets n hot showers. Card for barrier n toilets was good. £20 deposit. Think it helps keep kids out toilets without parents supervision. There were always clean n no queues. Elec was included and plenty. Staff pleasant. They put us on a gravel pitch instead of grass which was good as it had rained alot. 16 quid a night. Great location and bus stop outside. Great pizza at milanos. Great food at Seaview and Tony's chippys. Cheap drinks in spoons. Pool table at seaview pub. And 3 monkeys is a nice plaice for a drink. Plenty to do in area.

Shower block dirty and most of toilet seats broken. Affluent coming out of drains directly outside entrance to toilets/washing facilities. Been here twice before and all was good then. End of season shouldnt mean poor facilities

Everything about the site our plot position right by toilets n showers that were spotless the whole site was fab! The two guys at breakfast really really lovely friendly and kind! Breakfast was beautiful and so much variety! Very clean place!

The guy in the shops attitude, rudeness and lack of interaction was very surprising! Whereabouts r your boiled sweets pls? N he just pointed! Very miserable indeed, no hello etc, opposite to the two enthusiastic men at the breakfast venue!

Everywhere was very clean, the staff were really friendly and good humoured. Everything was explained clearly and it was a great experience. The clubhouse was great and the food was great.

Very easy to access keys and all information.Facilities toilets shower/wash rooms were immaculately clean. Grounds and surrounding areas very tidy

The courtesy call we received a few days before regarding checking in. The ease with which we checked in. The vibe on the campsite - quiet, relaxed. The campsite's proximity to the city centre.

Good sized pitch with both fresh water at pitch and grey waste water. Toilets in reasonable condition towards end of season and clean, shop on site with plenty of amenities to keep entertained.
