Great location for walks and amazing views

Showers have to be held on by leaning on them pretty annoying when washing your hair. Gazebos on site on some tents even though they are not allowed.
Hotel at entrance doesn’t do the best food better to go down to Lynton.

Staff were friendly and helpful . Facilities very clean and modern . Views are outstanding the hard standing fully serviced pitches are very good . Site is kept very clean by on-site staff . Lots of dog walks off road straight from site

Nothing to dislike

The campsite had amazing views, very clean and great facilities
Just one note… pack some serious tent pegs as on the field where we pitched it was stone just below the surface
The site team gave us a great welcome and really useful info to make our exploration of the area more interesting

The site was lovely and the walls were amazing and friendly staff but very noisy with kids running over the plots and screaming all day and late into the night

Great views and clean site all round. Handy to have a pub which served meals right next door! Lovely sunset too!

The bay view field was on a hill which is never great when in a van or tent.

The bay view field was great, well spread out and well kept, and the facilities are excellent. The team were very pleasant and helpful; I saw them go out of their way to get some extra milk and they were happy to chat with us.

Nothing to dislike, I would just add that the walking routes to town etc are beautiful but not for anyone who would struggle with distances or steep inclines.

Lovely herb garden to help yourselves.

Push button showers lasting only a couple of seconds.
Bad smell of drains in the camping field. I reported this to reception and had no response/saw no action.
Ground too rocky to get pegs in.
Cars driving too fast on the small road, with no pedestrian footpath to get to the toilet block.

The views were amazing in every direction and brilliant facilities.

Very clean. Pitches were spacious. Staff lovely.

Dogs barking early hours and late into the night. Staff mowing a strimming the grass everyday which was extremely loud. Quite annoying. Wi-Fi was terrible!
