It is beautifully situated near both Lynton and Lynmouth and the site is well kept and maintained. Staff are friendly and the toilets/showers are kept well stocked and lovely and clean. We are both capable walkers and although the walks to The Valley of the Rocks and Watersmeet are challenging we thoroughly enjoyed them, but I would not recommend them for people who are only occasional walkers! We have already booked in another stay next year:)
