Really liked the campsite, it had lovely views, really clean facilities, nice shop and a friendly receptionist.

When we arrived lots of people were packing up, there were 45 mph winds and we didn’t sleep. We were due to stay a 2nd night but the winds were forecast 55 mph so we left it’s frustrating as no refund.

The lady on the phone i spoke to was really lovely, they let us check in quite late and gave us all the details beforehand so we didn’t get lost on site when we arrived. The facilities were great, toilets and showers were really clean.

Not something we disked but something to bear in mind. The bay view pitches are all on an incline. It would be really handy to have chalks.

Fantastic spot near Lynmouth, all staff were really friendly and helpful and pitches were decent sizes, thanks!

The place was quiet but not too quiet so perfect for our quiet kids. I loved the onsite food van on thursdays-saturdays and their breakfasts were amazing. The staff were very friendly, really helpful and the facilities were clean and well mantained.

We only had one night planned as we were nearing the end of our little road trip. The camp was easy to find and the reception was clearly marked. The staff inside reception were really welcoming and helpful. The shop in reception had a good selection of basics and was reasonably priced.
Unfortunately, North Devon was hit with high winds and rain. After a huge battle trying to put our tent up and nearly taking off, we went back to reception who kindly were able to put us in a small cabin for the night. Obviously, this was not free of charge but was actually a fair price. The cabin was lovely and clean, the fairy lights were great for kids who do not like to sleep in complete darkness. The bedding smelled wonderful. We are aware that other campers had similar issues and were treated with nothing but kindness and respect by the staff. The facilities were the best I have ever seen at any site. The toilets and showers were so clean, things like this can really make or break a holiday. The showers were lovely and warm too. Thank you

It isn't really a dislike but more advice. If you aren't a confident driver, I would consider whether the roads would be right for you. The hills are very steep and have some sharp turns.

Very well organised and clean facilities. A lot of walks from the camp site. Also enjoyed the free little herb garden available to everyone. Will definitely return here.

Excellent location and the facilities were really high standard. Staff very friendly and check-in was really easy and well organised. Would definitely recommend and may well stay again.
