We are sorry you seem to have had problems with your neighbours - we do wish you had given us a call as we would have come down straight away to investigate. We certainly do not tolerate such behaviour and have written rules about loud music and keeping the site peaceful. Of course, any illegal activities should be reported to the police.
With regards to cleaning of showers and toilets, we normally find that our target time of 11 am for cleaning and again to check at 10 pm is the best option as most people have finished and the area is clear, but we will review this.
It is difficult to be sure but the review below comes from the same period. These people seem to have had a very different experience which is more the norm for our site.
It would seem that you have had a very unlucky stay and wish we could have done more to make things better for you.

Big potholes, big dips in road, not something you'd want to drive a motorhome over. Was thinking we might lose our water pipes. But the place was OK. Small toilets block on wheels with 1 shower. Not brilliantly clean. It was actually a dog training centre on the grounds. But it was quite at night. Definitely take in all the food and drink you'll need because you don't want to use the road again unless you're leaving.
