Absolutely lovely site!! We had a large pitch and it fit our new big tent surrounded by our windbreakers so dogs wouldn’t pound on everyone walking by and 2 cars at the side! Lovely facilities - toilets, showers, washing up room and laundrette.
They’ve got a little onsite horse box with a wonderful lady selling hot drinks, cakes, mr whippy ice cream and huge sticks of candy floss and all items all reasonably priced!!! £2 for a tea or coffee. £2.50 for ice cream and £1 for candy floss! The beach and town of dawlish Warren is about 15/20 mins walk down - only downside is you’ve got to walk back up the hill to the site!
All members of staff were very friendly and helpful!

Only downside and this didn’t bother us one bit as we didn’t mind waiting was that there were only 8 showers which considering the size of site may not be enough but like I said it really didn’t bother us at all’

Nice large pitch. Lots of water points. Good little shop on site with friendly staff. Wi-Fi signal was good. Toilet block was busy but always clean.

Lovely site friendly staff clean and tidy. Great first camping trip.

The play park was lovely although not great for younger children. Great for older children.

Friendly staff. Guided us to our pitch and lent us an extension lead as we were quite a distance from the hook up point. Clean toilets. Quite busy. Popular with everyone, families to old couples.

We loved this campsite! Lots of room, level pitch, great facilities and very friendly staff. There is a bus stop right outside the campsite and a fantastic mushroom farm with coffee shop and bbq right next door. It's easy to walk to the beach and costal footpath. We particularly loved to coffee horse box on this site, and the family feel. It was spacious for children to play but not noisy at night, with everyone respecting the 10.30pm curfew. We would definitely come here again and stay for longer, as it was so well placed for everything.

We did not use the wifi as it was a chargeable extra.

Clean and tidy, toilets and showers clean. Small shop selling essentials. Grounds well maintained and nice and quiet after 10:30. Good location, easy walking distance to Dawlish and Dawlish Warren.
